This GS branch has the friendliest staff compared to any of the other GS branches. Consider visiting this one if you need any pre-orders or special editions.

This place is great, very large selection even had some rare gems I picked up! Had controllers I needed, merchandise I wanted and a convenient location!! The staff was super into the gaming vibe and even the employee was wearing a DragonBall hoodie as I had my DB shirt on, shout out to him! I will always go to this location from now on!

They're cool. They shouldn't sell the series s because it makes them unnecessary, but they were still helpful for finding their demise

Everytime I'm in everyone is hard at work. The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. There is never pressure to buy and I feel like everyone wants you to leave happy. I went in today looking for a present for my husband and was given tons of suggestions that were not expensive. 10/10 place

As much as GS is struggling recently, I was always happy with the stock, the staff, and the prices they would offer for my old games.

Big Shout out to the best gameshop out there, get a pro card to earn more points and trade best vue games.

If this place ever disappears I'll stop paying for new games. The large arsenal of discs they got has provided me the opportunity of buying titles at 1/2 if not at 1/10th of the original prices through the "pre own" statuses, something you don't see with digital copies of games which are still marked up at or near their release date prices which for whatever reason are equal to physical copies despite not getting anything tangible lol. This place made me a gamer.

Found a great deal on an animal crossing t-shirt for a gift. Also was an additional twenty percent off.

So I just went in there for 2 funko pops. Unfortunately they didn't have the two I was looking for. But great customer service, I feel like the employees were trying to make a connection and they offered to even order the funkos for me from another store. I am definitely coming back!

Well so far out the last 3 locations i was at MOA south robert st and the apple valley one 2 of out three were crazy awesome the AV one was decent though that poor experience could have been me doing a really bad job explaining the transaction i was trying to do

Not sure which gamestop this is referring to so I have to be specific because I went to several just yesterday in search of Switch Accesories and PS Vita games.....I started in Roseville, which helmed a knowledgeable staff and an inviting environment. I inquired about Joy Con grips and were showed a pair for 19.99. Feeling frugal i decided to wait and check online, but proceed to visit the Eagan location after a stop at Walmart. This was a uniquely odd experience where the single sales rep disputed the price of the same item I'd just seen in Roseville. He had it priced at 24.99 and went further to state that I was mistaken and if I wasn't the otber store has mispriced the item. I then inquired as to whether he could look it up on line and see if it was possibly another name brand. He interjected stating the online prices are different from the store and tbet are poorly listed in terms of being able to track or lookup a specific item. I was perplexed, but he located the item and noted that it was listed at 19.99 but reiterated that it was on line "thing". The store was dark in comparison to the previous store I visited and the single staffer was completely rude in relation to general customer service. My final stop was at the Robert Street location in St. Paul. The customer service I received there was soo great that I spent an additional 30 dollars based on that alone. Skip the earn location all together is my advise. The five stars I am giving are for the roseville and st. Paul locations ONLY!!

These guys have worked here for years. The guy tonight, unfortunately can't remember his name but has been there 13 years. Helpful and always friendly. I hate going to a different store.
