I have been shopping here for a few months now. Every experience has been absolutely incredible. On a few occasions they have ordered parts just mentioned in conversation. I stopped in today looking for a very specific brake wheel for a HO scale hopper. They did not have them in stock, but the gentleman pulled the piece from a personal package of parts for me. That kind of care for the customer can not be topped. This is a must visit shop if you do any kind of model building.

We had a wonderful experience here! We were able to find the HO train we wanted, a die-cast airplane for my other son and they even had dollhouse furniture for my daughter! Charming little place, very affordable and nice (knowledgeable) owners. We’ll be back soon.

When you walk into a model supply shop and immediately get taken aback at the floor to ceiling inventory and the lighting being a little on the dark side due to said volume of products, you have found yourself a good shop. When you then look around for staff, and you see a man that is calmly performing maintenance on his tools while he waits for you to notice him, before helping you find something in what I can only describe as "the man channeled my late grandfather's mannerisms and gentleness", you have found this diamond of a store.

When are you going to pay for the $87,000 (cost) of inventory that you took from my shop in Indiana when i was closing it. I let you take the inventory in good faith based on your word that you would secure the loans to pay me and then get the rest of my inventory. You took this inventory and i haven't seen or heard from you since. And now i live on Social Security because of your willingness to stèal my inventory.
