My breakfast was hot and fresh. The employees were awesome and then place the filled with happy faces. This is the best McDonalds that I visit. Always consistent service.

For the first time ever I got hot and great tasting food from here around 11am today. The kids working today did a much better job than the adults that are usually there and were much nicer. My five stars are for this crew only.

The wait on my order was way longer than expected but they were getting through their orders as quickly as possible while remaining friendly

The food was cold, the employees were cutting up and making fun of customers. Our frys were hard and cold. We tried the new mac sauce thats was a joke. I won't eat there again. Rude employees one employee flashed a nother employee. They lack adult supervision.

Just ordered this morning, and the food was fast, hot, and great. I am a former employee of the same individual who owns this as well as the Fultondale location where I was employed, and this as well as the other location have always been consistently good. Kind staff, prompt service. Not biased as a former employee, but I generally don't leave reviews for literally anything.

Faster service than the other two McDonald's in Cullman. Friendly staff and my orders are always correct.

The wait wasn’t too bad, and the food was good!

We love this McDonald's. It is on our way and an easy stop when we go to see our grandchildren in north Alabama. It is clean and the parking lot always has ample parking.

Perfect work crew excellent experience and hot fresh food it A+ in my book been there every week on Fridays to snack with my buddie I haven't seen in years.

All I can say is McDonalds is McDonalds. I go there almost every day for my Mocha Frappe w $1.50 off. It never bothers me because I am not a hurry hurry person but if you are go to Burger King or elsewhere instead.

I get their sweet tea with no ice every time I visit. They're also great about replacing an order if I get home and something is left out. A quick call to the store and they will replace the item on the next visit

Just went through the drive-thru and it was extremely busy . I had a little mix up on my end with the order Nix was my first contact and Jr backed him up. “We got everything under control “ and they did . Got to the window to collect my food robin helped me out my fries wasn’t right. Thanks for having top customer service . Kuddos to McDonald’s, today was a good day.

They are fast through the drive thru. Also accurate with our order. I've had good breakfast and lunch there. All in all you get a good meal for a decent price

The service was fast the food was good. They have just open back up with new employees. Some this is their first job ever and they did a good job.

I like McDonald's for breakfast. I love their sausage biscuit and that good cup of coffee. It gets your day started on the right track. Then, they have most anything for lunch and dinner. You will enjoy all the different things they have. Try them today. Decide for yourself.

This location was demolished and then built back to provide double lane services. People are friendly but wish prices on food was a little lower. Mega bucks spent on advertising but you have to beg at all locations ok nas for a 1/10 of $0.01 pack of salt and pepper.

Our food was fresh and hot. Enjoyed it. Will be back. Staff was very friendly.
