Jack's

Staff at this Jack's takes care of the customers very well. Restrooms and the dining room and very clean. Also a plus is the gravel parking lot as well as the standard parking lot. This gravel parking lot is perfect for campers, semi truck, and charter buses.

I’m born and raised in Birmingham AL and always ate Jacks. But on this day. As a truck driver. Road was shutdown and they stayed open to feed drivers and others that came in. Thank you so much. This meant a lot.

This is my grandkids favorite breakfast place. We always go to Jack's in Dodge City. They are always so welcoming and cheerful. Absolutely love their chocolate milkshakes.

Two breakfast specials with coffee for $11.53 with tax. Good food and a great deal.

We loved our first visit to Jack's -- a delicious burger with brioche bun, chicken nuggets and flavorful fries. Can't wait to return again on our next visit to Alabama!

Went Back by Jacks Dodge City an had chicken finger dinner,
an the Shake hit the Spot ! Real ice cream ! Lakota took my order an she noticed I was struggling so she started Helping me with my Food an getting a seat ! She was so kind to me ! She went out of her way to Help me , that's Customer service !!! She Deserves 5 Stars !

This restaurant still needs help. Most of the time they don't have large cup. And very slow.

Food wa really good. Haven't had chicken tenders be so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside like that in a long time. The strawberry cream pie was so crispy and flaky and the filling was just at the right warm temperatures. ❤❤❤

Waited a bit, but I asked for fresh chicken. Worth the wait.

Always stop at this Jack's because I know what I'm getting. Never had a bad meal here.

Had the breakfast special. For $ 5 you get eggs, bacon, grits, gravy and biscuit. The gravy had real sausage chunks. Service was fast.

Hard working and friendly employee's whether your going through the drive through or dining in even if it is busy you are taken care of quickly and the workers are very kind the only thing i have to complain about is hearing customers talking rudely to the employee's on several occasions especially when under a worker shortage many people were complaining and griping when the few workers that they had were trying their best. If anything they are the real inconvenience to have to listen to while in line. The food has NEVER not been good when I order from here and the inside dining room is neat and tidy too. Huge thanks to their hard working staff for feeding probably a few hundreds of people every day and doing it with a great personality.

Jack's has always been a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat. An inviting dining room temps you to park your car, come in and relax for awhile.

I don't think ANY franchise can out do fried chicken (watch out, it's FRESH COOKED & HOT!!) at ANY Jack's!!! They have really good slaw and fries, but their biscuits are great any time! A little known item, not always on the menu, and not at every location, is that they have plated food, such as chicken tenders or fried chicken with your choice of sides, country fried steak with sides and their version of hamburger steak and sides. As dessert, some locations have fried pies, cinnamon rolls, hand-dipped ice cream, and, of course, great milkshakes!

Great fried chicken. My son ordered the chicken and fries and I ordered the Cheesburger meal and we shared. WOW, Was really good. Lady that was cleaning tables asked if she could refill our drinks. Pretty unusual service at fast food place. Nice.

We stopped at this Jack's yesterday and had excellent service, courteous staff, and just the lunch we needed. We recognize the difficult times that fast food places have faced. It seems to me that this Jack's is back on track!
