Finally, the best biscuits around. I know the biscuit lady and she knows what she's doing. The new management has really made a difference.

Great place, got in and out of there within like 5 minutes after placing my to-go order. Very friendly people

I've always enjoyed eating here at Jacks. The people are friendly, service is pretty much spot on (if not they are quick to fix) and it's fast service. The breakfast is my favorite because it's about as close to homemade that you can get out there since all the mom and pop places have long since disappeared. Keep up the good work y'all❤

This is by far the best Jack's I have ever been to. The food was fresh ,the service was quick . What else can I ask for

I've been going there since it opened.. they've been having a lot of problems with hiring but this time the manager came and started talking with the guy doing the window. I told the lady the guy was trying to get my order. She kept talking to him about his schedule. That's no way to run a business. No wonder they are having problems

I love that they also, besides great food, sell bags of their wonderful small cube ice!

Just wanted to brag on the young man with curly hair and glasses at the window tonight. I came around 8:30, he took my order and I paid, seemed like everyone else was busy doing sidework but after than cooking but he held it together well and communicated with me well. Thank you young man

Their food is always great. Just get a little fast slicing the biscuits in the morning. Sometimes hard to jelly without it falling apart!! I would just like my order repeated back so I know everything is correct!

These people were really busy so I'll give them a pass on being slow. It was really packed. I gpt the fried green tomato BLT. I wished I would have gotten the snack. The bread overpowered the 2 green tomatoes that was on the sandwich. I'm not sure if more tomatoes would have helped. IMHO

I actually went up to the MOD after we ate and explained I am a retired GM after 45 years in retail. She had just finished giving a heartfelt thank you to an employee who stayed extra. She then was complimentary to an employee taking drive up orders on her voice and the way she handled difficult orders.
She also led by example. Way to go.

I stopped in to get a small bite to eat. The customer service was outstanding, from the dinning room attendant to the cashier's. It is by far one of the best at kindness and professionalism. Always a hello and "Welcome to Jack's", and a "Thank You Come Again" with each visit.

Friendly staff and fresh food! I had about an hour to kill, so I ordered and took my time eating. Staff came by twice and asked if I needed a refill or wanted anything else. I will definitely be back!

This jacks is nothing short of a perfect experience. I recently started working on the other side of hanceville so it's on my route to and from work. No matter the time of day the service is impeccable. Even minutes before they open the doors they were hospitable enough to sell me my favorite ice coffee so I could make it to work on time. On another occasion I asked for the largest ices coffee I could have and was sold a bag! I didn't even know this was an option . Plus many more occasions when the staff was more than accommodating for a drive through food joint. I'm devoted and grateful.

So we had a family friend to pass away and we wanted to bring food....couldn't call ahead as I had no service...we got there and Danielle the on shift manager as well as the other 2 employees were the sweetest....they had been running short staffed all day but you could not tell it....she fixed us up with everything we needed and was just precious....after we got to the family's home my husband realized he had lost his wedding band....he thought it was in tg
He restroom at Jack's I called Danielle answered so sweetly and went immediately to look....she found it PTL....you would have never known these people were a short staffed crew at all....if you are near Hanceville as we are from Odenville stop and give Danielle and her crew some love they are AMAZING

Jack's is the best fast food place there is in Alabama. I've eaten at them all over Alabama and they always do a great job! The food is always great, and they never mess your order up, no matter how unusual it may be.

I love this restaurant and the manager charity is more than fair! She replaced my whole order for free!! She had a great attitude and was very professional and fast!!! Other restaurants should take lessons from her...thanks for a great experience

U know I enjoy that great place. They are down home employees that put a smile on your face and knowing the food is always good. I think they go above a 5 star rating. I give them a 10.

Jack's has good food anytime of the day. I love breakfast the most. They have the best gravy and biscuits. Or a biscuit with bacon or sausage add a egg with hash browns and it's a good breakfast. Try Jack's for breakfast and I guarantee you will go back for more.

Good fresh. Good chicken strips dinner. Always seems fresh. They just over salt the frys. Like their ice cream choices. Proper order. Friendly.
