Castle Cafe

There's not a lot of service since you order from a kiosk, get a text when your food is ready, and then you go pick up the food from the counter. Great atmosphere giving you cozy cabin vibes. The prices are okay for an attraction eatery.

I have to admit..... we were more than surprised at the spinach and tomatoes roasted flat bread. It was made fresh and the taste and presentation showed that. It was NOT your regular pre-made or frozen pizza. It was AMAZING!

High end concession foods. It was very nice, clean, and the food really was good!

Not much of a cafe...there is definitely an opportunity missed here with a nice restaurant. This is more like a snack bar with a very limited menu.

Ate here after a tour through Ruby falls.
Was a nice day so we sat out on the patio to enjoy the view.

The food was great. I had a grilled cheese and tomato soup that hit the spot with the little bit of cool breeze in the air.

My kids ate everything on their plate which is saying something.

Like others stated, not really a service place, order on kiosk and wait for your name to be called then you buss your tray after you are done. What else do you need.

Price was a little much but its a tourist spot, its to be expected. At least the food was worth the price.

Decent store but it's good

With such an amazing and beautiful location and building, minimal effort was put into this cafe. This could have be such a great destination, but it is clearly here to just make a few dollars off of those waiting, rather than be a destination of it's own. Pizza was not good, they are constantly out of most things, and have very few offerings. It also isn't clean, and I slipped same nearly fell on some grease on the floor. The rest of the location and falls is amazing, but this cafe just seems like an afterthought.

We got coffee. My friends mocha latte was burnt. I also had to wait a solid 15 minutes for them to brew coffee and even then I ran out of patience and nearly left without it before asking.

Saw the cafe on News Channel 9 This N That today and thought it would be a good trip for lunch with my mom. Flat bread pizza was more Totinos quality and the over priced pre made salad was browned and tiny. Good by date was today and it went in their trash unopened along with half the flat bread pizza as well. The lemonade was decent. Nice place to sit a spell but no need to waste $63 on 2 flatbreads 2 lemonades and two side salads. The food suck. Advise a revamp on the offerings and get staff with personality. This is too nice of a place to have subpar cafe food and service.

Ruby Falls is a sight to see! Mother Nature at its finest. The commercial circus around it almost made me regret my ticket purchase. My tour group was at least 40 people, yet it moved along smoothly

$44 for a pretzel with no cheese, cardboard grilled cheese, frozen cheesecake, and lemon water (Bill’s lemonade).. repulsive food. Also overflowing trash cans and sticky tables that haven’t been wiped down.

Expensive, empty, and the few tables that were used weren’t wiped down when finished…..also unfriendly.
