We come here regularly and really love it. I also lived in Ned and believe this to be one of the best places in town.

Wood fired pizza with a thin, crispy crust. Some very inventive flavor combinations and always high quality ingredients. For example, tonight we had the Melanzana pizza, which has an eggplant base, fresh mozzarella, and olives and tomatoes. It may not look like much in the picture, but it was amazing. Creamy, savory, and very unique. Yes, there is ranch in the pic for dipping because we're ratchet.

Previously our favorite was the Gorgonzola pizza, but its not on the menu anymore. The menu rotates every summer.

There is a nice beer selection too and good appetizers to compliment the pizza.

One pizza and an appetizer in my opinion feeds 2 people comfortably.

It can get busy here but the service is always good. Lots of traffic from skiers and hikers who pass through town.

When the weather is nice, the patio is lovely and dog friendly.

My new favorite place. Discovered this last month and have been back 3 times with different friends. Definitely ask to sit on the deck and try the extra special cheese pizza. Their hardwood smoked bacon is 👌👌 (first photo)

Some of the best wood-fired pizza I’ve ever had. Really great selection of several classic pies (margherita, vodka sauce, clam pie), highly recommend the ned haven, and gorgonzola. Quite packed and seemingly always busy, but well worth the wait!

Wow! Amazing pizza! Great beer selection and the absolute BESTservice we have had possibly EVER!! Kara "with a "K"" was amazing. Very friendly, attentive, energetic and giving fantastic suggestions on the menu and beer.
PS. Being from Chicago and w relatives in NYC we know a bit about pizza and HIGHLY recommend this Za!!! Great atmosphere, service, and selection! Well done.

We’ve been here twice now for dinner and both times were just stellar. The food is excellent across the board, they have a great selection of beers, and our server (same one both times) was the perfect mix of friendly and efficient without being overbearing. I cannot recommend the Extra Special Cheese pizza enough. The honey chili oil is the perfect complement to the bacon and fresh jalapeños. We will be back again very soon!!

Quite possibly my favorite pizza ever. Delicious taste of wood smoke, and great combinations of toppings. The crust is also excellent, thin and flavorful without being hard or chewy. There's always a good variety of beers on tap. I sat on the new outdoor deck, and enjoyed the view of the town and mountains.

My wife and I ate supper at Crosscut Pizza on Sunday October 23, 2022. It was a bit busy and we had a short wait which was no problem because they have a great bar in the back. We have eaten at Crosscut a lot of time and have always had a great experience.

The customer service is excellent and their pizza and beer even better. We love this place! The bar has a wide selection of local beer and wine. I’ve never had the wine therefore, I can’t comment on it but the beer selection is top notch!

We ate inside and the place is decorated very nicely with paintings by local artist. Crosscut has a very cool authentic vibe. I think you are going to like it! The bathrooms are clean and there is additional seating outside for warm days. The views are incredible!

Everything we’ve eaten has been great, no complaints at all. My favorite combination is the Margherita pizza with the arugula salad. Ask your server to bring the salad out with the pizza then dump the salad on top of the pizza and enjoy!!!

Parking is free and not a problem. You can park on the street or in the lot behind the Visitor’s center. Stop in for a beer and pizza, I’m sure you will have a great experience!

I came from Dubai. This is literally the BEST Pizza I have ever had in my life. It’s done on Wood, and every piece of component is fresh and tasty!

We love it here. Always friendly service even during their rush. They offer a great selection for all diets including GF drinks and food, vegetarian and vegan options. Their wood fired pizza is done so well. I wish they used Miyokos pizza mozz. It is by far the best vegan cheese option (we have been testing in our wood fired oven over the last two years).

Nothing beats a good mountain town pizza. You don’t have to stretch your imagination to envision coming into Nederland after a day of working up an appetite hiking in RMNP. A quick stop at Crosscut will satisfy any hunger you managed to work up.

Crosscut’s wide range of wood-fired pizzas really offer something for everyone’s taste. While I personally shy away from a Hawaiian, I can tell you that the Hatch is delicious. As a matter of fact, we were so anxious to dig-in that I only managed to get a picture of half the pie. The crust is the right base with a combination of crisp and chewy. Their mozzarella cheese is delicious and serves as the perfect bed for pepperoni and hatch chili.

Service is fast and friendly. While the place looked very busy late on a Friday afternoon we didn’t wait long for our order. They have a wide selection of beers to pair with your pie but if you want to pass on the alcohol, their lemonade is a great mix of tart and sweet to wash down your meal.

Delicious amazing Neapolitan style pizza. Some of the best I’ve ever had. The Mario pizza is something really special.

If you and your friends or family want to make an already cool trip to Nederland even better make sure to stop by Cross cut pizzaria. My wife and I love this place and often times will make the drive up to Nederland just to eat here.
The Mario pizza is our personal favorite for many reasons but the locally sourced Clydes sausage puts it over the top in our opinion. We also like to start with the traditional ceasar ,which even has anchovies. The beer selection is perfect in that there are not 1000 choices to overwhelm but just enough quality choices to make for a great accompaniment to your meal. The atmosphere embodies what I consider to be a great cross-section of locals, tourists ,working class and blue-collar and a nice collection of awesome canines. You can enjoy your food and drinks inside or outside under the shade of one or two outdoor porches. The back porch although it is small has a wonderful view of the creek and a great breeze on most afternoons. Overall you should give this place a shot it has a lot going for it from location to great food to cool people to wonderful views… what’s not to like.

My husband and I came in last night with our teenage son and not only was the garlic bread pizza the best pizza we have ever had, but the staff was friendly and authentic and the environment was warm and so fun. Everyone working there looked like they were having a blast. It was the perfect end to our vacation and we can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you Crosscut staff for going above and beyond! Core memories were made!

Love this place! Excellent food, service and vibes. We stop here often after snowboarding at Eldora in the winter months and hiking the rest of the year. As someone required to eat gluten free, I give their gluten free pizza crust a top rating, and also enjoy their many gluten free, delicious salads. And on the kinds of the days when we want to linger for a drink, I appreciate the cider options. The rest of the gluten eating family loves the regular pizza and beer options.

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had nestled in a small Colorado town, who would’ve thought. Huge wood fired oven. Phenomenal crust, toppings, beer list. Sit on the back patio with the creek view.

Always great, salads are phenomenal. The carpenter yum. Green olives and pepperoni. Sick. Ciders and rose brew mixed together. Wow! Great service from the lovely female bartender!

As a New Yorker, I am very particular about pizza. Most places in Colorado are either underwhelming or a downright waste of money. This place is my home away from home. Their wood-fired pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life! The Gorgonzola is always top-knotch & I hate that I can't finish the entire thing in one sitting. It doesn't stop me from trying, though. I really appreciate the local sourcing of ingredients & seasonal menu changes, which ensure quality-tasting ingredients. It's usually packed & busy, but I PROMISE it's very much worth whatever the wait time is for a table. Food generally comes out in a timely manner once you order, though. The wait is usually due to them having limited space. You can always order to go & meander around the shops nearby while you wait. The workers are very competent & all seem to enjoy what they do & the environment they're in. I'm going to dream about it when I move back to western NY next month. Keep it up & I promise I'll be back to visit! 10/10, definitely recommend.

The best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. We live in Boulder and frequently make the trip up because we love it so much. Usually make a day trip of it and hike in the area and get pizza afterwards. They’re busy for a reason. They ferment the pizza dough for like 4 days before using it— no other dough I’ve ever had even comes close to comparing. We love the special cheese. Sometimes I add arugula or other times garlic and roasted onion. My partner likes adding meat to his. Always a 10/10!
