My mother is really making good used of the products you provide her with. The underpants and bed liners and under pads really absorbed when she sleeps and moves around the bed and in her wheelchair all day long. She wear them when she goes out and about. She really appreciates how she can have some independence throughout the day. Thank You for a job well done and for your wonderful staff and delivery team.

Used to be reliable with good customer support. We had several clients with them. However, over the past year or so, they've started not delivering monthly products (briefs, cloth pads, gloves). They claim we aren't confirming our delivery, but even when we respond to the automated phone call, we have to follow up with a phone call to actual person, and even then it's not reliable if our products will be delivered. Additionally, they outsource to other vendors and cannot guarantee or confirm when items will be delivered, they just say "in 1 to 3 days." We are switching from them, and will no longer recommend new clients to use them.

Charm Medical is completely incompetent. If I could use another company with my son's insurance, I wouldn’t even hesitate. They’re awful! My son has a medical condition and has to be in diapers. He’s outgrown store diapers, so the doctor has ordered the appropriate size for him. All was well when we first started. The company probably would’ve gotten 5 stars. About six months ago, my son was growing out of his current size, so the doctor sent a new prescription and we waited. Several weeks had passed and nothing, so I called. They said the needed a new prescription because the doctor had messed up. So, we waited again....several weeks and again the same excuse was used. This went on for three months. The customer service did nothing to try to work out whatever was going on and no, it wasn’t the doctor’s office because I called and they said Charm hadn’t contacted them for a new prescription. I played phone tag with the doctors office and Charm. They never picked up the phone to call us and give us updates even though I was calling and getting more and more upset with them. They only tried to pass it off o. The doctors office and staff. When they finally got it right, the shipment just showed up on my doorstep, again with no phone call. Today, I received an automated call saying they are now requiring a signature of delivery and my son’s diapers will no longer be covered, if I don’t send it in. There was zero correspondence to tell us they needed our signature, which any responsible company would do if their policies were changing. No, they just send out an automated message. Now, I have to call the company yet again to get a copy of the receipt for my signature. I finally get through and the man, who never identified himself, asks for my son DOB, our address and phone number. The phone then cuts out. I wait a few minutes because it was a nightmare trying to get through and no callback. This company is so unprofessional and deserves zero stars. If you can go with another medical supply company, do yourself a favor and do it!!

My question to Google Reviews is why can't I post a zero star or negative star review?

My complaint is specific to Charm's delivery service since I'm not actually a customer, and never will be after yesterday's experience.

The delivery guy came to our house yesterday afternoon, by mistake, down our driveway and up onto our back deck - unannounced, without a mask on, but with a dolly completely overloaded with boxes containing medical equipment and supplies no less. My wife (who by the way, continues to recover from a COVID infection!!!) and I had actually been sitting on our back deck just before this jerk arrived. We had just re-entered our house (fortunately!!!) but had not yet closed the sliding glass door - which we tried our best to close immediately after seeing him struggling to get his overloaded dolly up the stairs from our driveway onto our deck. We yelled to him through the glass to put on his mask. Not only did he not put one on, but proceeded to give us a dose of his belligerent attitude. As soon as he discovered he was at the wrong address, he hurriedly launched his overloaded dolly down our deck stairs - grumbling undertones with his unprotected breath. Unbelievable...

This delivery guy was nothing short of rude, belligerent, clumsy and absolutely UNSAFE.

I spoke directly with Kate Shavone (sp?) at Charm Medical directly over a phone conversation earlier today about my complaint. To her credit, she was respectful and patiently listened to the details of my complaint. Thank You, Kate.

According to Kate, Charm has a mask policy for all deliver personnel. Go Figure... Won't have known that from this guy's behavior and attitude! Get this... He's delivering medical equipment and supplies to people, most if not all of whom are either elderly, sick and/or weakened (just by virtue of their need for Charm's services) - without a mask along with a horrendous attitude. Wow...

Also, Charm's voicemail intro comments that all deliveries require a customer signature upon deliver. How does that work for any customer who encounters this guy??? I cannot even begin to imagine how unsafe that interaction would be.

At the end of my phone conversation with Kate, I told her to make absolutely certain that anyone from Charm Medical never again tries to deliver anything to our address. If this does happen, I will be immediately calling the Natick Police Department to have them chase down the delivery truck before he/she reeks anymore havoc on our neighbors.

Given the seriousness of the current delta variant situation AND the business that Charm Medical conducts, our experience was nothing short of reckless and dangerous - along with a horrendous attitude.

So glad I'm not a customer. For Google's benefit, Charm Medical Delivery Service - Minus 10 (at best).

I had a DISTURBING phone call from a woman named KATE at the Pembroke Headquarters (she identified herself as the Manager). The conversation was in regards to a hospital bed rental we had arranged on a local level in West Hartford CT.

One week prior to my husband's hospital discharge I arranged a hospital bed rental. The night before scheduled delivery I received a phone call from KATE re: bed rental.

After approximately 30 minutes on the phone she informed me that I would not be getting a bed the next day. Despite my persistence and down right BEGGING, KATE told me it would be more than 3 weeks before any paperwork could be processed. She said there were many requests to be processed before mine and there was NO WAY she could put my request before the others. I asked if there was someone else that could help me, to NO avail.

The bed was a necessity as my husband was discharged from the hospital after double hip replacements.

THANKFULLY the local staff Chris and Angel in W. Hartford CT (the original contact) were able to circumvent KATE and delivered the bed as promised.

KATE had ZERO REGARD for her customer and offered ZERO assistance to a matter that was quickly resolved at the local level.
KATE has either no managerial skills or she has no regard for the company she manages.

For the 2 months I have needed to use this company for my sons special formula he is on. They are totally incompetent. They are the middle 'shipping' company that actually uses someone else who uses fedex. If theres any chance you can use another company for your meducal supply delivery I HIGHLY recommend that.

For months my doctor and insurance company had approved for ensure to be delivered to my house. My doctors called i called about 30 times beyween the both of us. Charmed medical called me told ne i was all set and my ensure would be delivered that week...that was months ago. I just called them and they tried to blame it on my doctors office. Then that didnt work then tried to say it was MAYBE a insurance issue. This company is useless! Thk God it wasnt life saving medication because I would be dead. Find another place!!
