I have been a client of Hearing life in Pembroke for almost ten years. Eric Buford is a great audiologist and has always helped me with getting the best solution for my hearing needs. He has also provided me with excellent support to ensure that my hearing aids are perfectly calibrated to ensure that I am able to obtain the best results. Inwould highly recommend Eric Buford and Hearing Life of Pembroke for all you hearing aid needs.

Both Laura and Eric the hearing Specialist were super and I had full confidence in what they did for me because they showed that to me.

Eric could not have been more professional or nice to work with - unfortunately found my insurance does not cover costs at this franchise as well as other options. I do recommend Eric however very strongly !

Annual hearing test, reprogram hearing aids to new profile, clean devices. Eric is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

The issue with my hearing aid was solved with care! They tried different methods until the problem was taken care of and the team at this location couldn’t have been any nicer!

I recently needed hearing aids due to attending too many rock concerts and being exposed to gunfire for many years. I called Hearinglife and was happy to find that they accepted my health insurance. Upon scheduling an appointment at a time of my choosing. I arrived at the small office to be greeted with a nice cup of coffee and a kind and polite lady at the front desk. They took the time to find out why I needed a visit and provided me with a great Audiologist, Erik Buford. Erik tested my hearing and serviced my hearing aids. They checked my serial numbers and found that my devices were under warranty and replaced one of my speakers and the buds that fit in my ear canal with a size that more fit my ear. The evaluation showed I needed new lithium ion batteries. They ordered the new batteries for me and will contact me when they arrive and assured me that it would be a short visit to replace them. I couldn't be more happy with their services. What a great operation they have. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the help they provided me. I can hear once again and my kids aren't frustrated with me for not listening to them, hahaha. If you need to be evaluated for hearing loss, this is the place to go. Peace

I had a wonderful experience with Hearing Life. The staff their went above and beyond there job. Erik was very knowledgeable in explaining my Hearing loss and how Hearing aids would help. I will say this I heard rain drops on my car windshield #I thought pretty amazing/since both my boys have hearing aids from syndrome.

I’m on vacation from VA Beach, had an issue with the right Oticon Ruby 2. I called my office in Hampton VA, the receptionist informed me to seek assistance at this particular office.

The front desk secretary greeted me with a smile, was polite and very friendly. Dr. Erik Buford came out his office with a warm welcome as well.

Dr. Buford’s mannerism and friendly personality will put you at ease. We conversed & joked like life long friends.
