This was my first experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I got the Super Sunrise Sunset, Bahama Mama, and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap! The food and smoothies were really good! The employees were also really nice as well! If your in the area give them a try!

Tropical Smoothie is a weekly destination for my wife and I. The food and smoothies are great. Very consistent and the service is always top notch. We love it. It’s a little pricey but worth it.

Best experience of any Tropical Smoothie I've ever been to. Our cashier Lexi was amazing. She was polite, quick, efficient, and well in tune with customer needs. I will 100% recommend my friends and family to this location.

Healthy, decent price, satisfies hunger. We got the baja chicken bowl, quesadilla, and island green smoothie. It totaled about $20. The smoothie tastes great, can taste the greens but the mango and pineapple help. The only spicy sauce they have isn’t really spicy but it does add flavor. Food is good to satisfy hunger. We were passing by and had to get the tires fixed close by. great spot!

The mango monsoon smoothie is well-balanced. I'm very much a fan of mango, as is Django.

Solid food as well. Great place to eat if you're looking for healthier things.

I have always loved this location, but let me just say, I am now a loyalist for life. I placed an order for pickup in my app, and somehow it defaulted to Cumberland Avenue, although I never am in that vicinity. The young lady there told me they would make my order, if I could just call and cancel at the other location. The man at Cumberland Avenue refused to refund, was incredibly Curt, and told me, "We already made your order." I was very upset, but proceeded to order again with Farragut because I didn't think it was right not to pay them for the food. I told the Farragut employee what happened, and she offered to refund my order there. I told her no, they are always fantastic, and I didn't think that was fair. The owner, Jason, called me a little while later to let me know he HAD refunded me. Thank you! So kind.

Fast and friendly service. The smoothies are big and filling. I got the Triple Berry Blast at 3pm & it's almost 9pm & I'm still full. Great taste at a great value. Definitely going back.

I absolutely love all the people that work at this location. Little do they know that they brighten my day every time I go in there. Sometimes I look like a mess bc I’ve had a lot of tragedies happen lately, they smile at me and just make me feel so comfortable even tho I look like a mess. I feel like they just know my story. They always get my smoothie right and their food is amazing..if you haven’t tried the chocolate chip cookies then you should! Thank you to the staff that has been so very kind to me! I appreciate you guys more than you know! 💕

I’m here twice a week. Try the Avocalada with half sugar. You won’t be disappointed.

Smoothies are very good, as expected. The food is surprisingly good. They also have a vegetarian chicken that can be substituted for chicken on any of the items. My son and I have been going about once a week lately and the staff is always friendly and polite.

Best tropical smoothie In Knox. The food is always better at this one and the smoothies are always perfect. Definitely recommend. Staff if always super nice

I always enjoy my M-F Happy Hour $3.99 smoothies! Mr. Lugo is always so helpful and he remembers my drink always! I order a peanut paradise smoothie but without the peanut add white chocolate.. I feel bad for being difficult when ordering but he makes it smooth and easy. The entire staff for that matter is always helpful on helping me decide what I should try next. I’ll continue to keep coming here for breakfast and lunch since I work 5 minutes down the road. THANK Y’ALL! It is very appreciated.

I come here a ton. They never get my order wrong. Always delicious. But I went recently and the girl spelled my name wrong as"Joahnha." Then another girl called my name out as Joanna. Other employees laughed at her. It was a good time.

I came here about a week or so ago and had the best experience! The girl who helped me was super polite as she helped me order & made me feel very welcome. I heard coworkers mention her pregnancy, and I (being nosy) inquired about it. She was super happy to talk about being a mother, and as a mom myself, I think you're doing everything right with your staff!! Excited to come back and see how the young lady is coming along too!

Great-tasting and more affordable than other juice/smoothie bars. Fast, too!
