The McDonald's in pigeon forge Tennessee on Wears Valley road is the best location I've ever been to clean as a whistle, bathrooms are clean, service is excellent, the manager Mike and Becky who have been there for years just make all of their customers feel welcome whether eating in, taking out or through the drive-thru what a great place to start your morning

I was very pleased with my visit . They were super friendly. The store was very clean && My food was FRESH . This mcdonalds is probably the best I have ever been too. Super fast! I was greeted with a smile . The manager (who i found out to be the general manager) came over && asked if we needed anything even though they looked to be very busy. I liked how they told me to have a blessed day. Thumbs up to them.

This is one of my favorite locations. Staff is always super friendly and fast also.

I went through drive-thru and made my order and paid for my big-mac special order. So glad i check it was missing something very important because the guy thought i said no to something i blame it the speakers or headpiece. They was great on fixing my big-mac . They didn't act like it was going to kill them or anything like other places does. They was all very kind. Like the way it use to be. Will be going in next time because service was so good. Thanks for out of your way to fix my meal.

I go to this McDonald's once or twice a month.
Second update. Recently, the restaurant underwent a thorough upgrade. Looking really good now. Too bad sometimes the personnel is not that good. They decided that at 5:10pm on a Sunday the lobby was closed but we could enter and place out order on the kiosk. They completely ignored our order for 20 minutes. Then, they told us that the lobby was closed and it would be a while before our order would be ready, despite it being clearly visible on the displays. So, what's different between the order placed at the kiosk, from the drive through or via door dash? I am puzzled. The guy running around like a headless chicken was rude. He should have considered slowing down, being courteous to the customers in the lobby and actually get something done.

The employees are welcoming and efficient. The facility was spot clean (even the bathrooms). I would highly recommend this mcdonals location if you need to grab a quick bite with good service.

Really liked how the place is decorated. Not the standard McDonalds. Food was good. Folks were nice.

I visit this location 2-3 times a week. Every time I visit the food is hot and fresh, the employees are very friendly, and the service is incredibly fast! The management team here knows what "Fast Food" is all about and knows how to teach it to the employees!! AMAZING JOB TO ALL!!

I just had the best McDonald’s of my life. This Big Mac was incredible. Not just incredible but maybe the best Big Mac ever made. I really want another one.

We love this McDonald's. Staff is always courteous and smiling. Sometimes overnight the wait is a little longer than one would like but that's usually because they are preparing your order fresh...worth the wait. Love the New Donuts!

I'm rewriting this review because I'm amazed at how peaceful Farragut''s McDonald's drive through is quick with orders without having you wait so long, especially when there's two lines you can choose to order from. You don't get this same experience at the McDonald's on Millertown Pike. This location seems kind and caring about their customer service. Of course, no one is perfect and mistakes will happen but they seem more happy to take care of any problems you may have with an order. I wish Millertown Pike's McDonald's location could learn from Farragut's McDonald's, so they can see how customer service is done. Well deserved five stars!

This McDonald’s has gotten so much better in the last month! The workers are very nice, and the food is great! Huge contrast to before.

Pulled in to 2 full lines and within 2 minutes i was already paying qnd getting my order! Smiles from everyone is always a great thing to see in a business and yall had it! This morning at breakfast they were amazing! Quick . efficient .Friendly and super busy! It looked hectic but they pulled it off with a breeze .they even played around with my son when he started getting fussy .Food us aleaal HOT and GOOD! I usually go out of my way for this one!

Very friendly people and was very clean. Food came quickly inside and was hot. Usually the drive thru here takes longer than if you just go in. I come here every now and again. ♡

The women working the drive thru are so joyful and sweet. It's so nice to see others genuinely loving their job and wanting to serve others. Excellent job!! I love getting my coffee from this location.

We went to a late breakfast in Loudon. Dropped Boone,our puppy off at the groomers. They had the chicken biscuit,bacon,egg,and cheese biscuit on sale,2/4.00. Got hash browns 2/1.00 coffee and water to drink. So for $5.00 and tax we both had breakfast. They had our order out in less than 2 minutes. Our food was fresh and hot. So was the coffee. Inside was very clean with a lady in the dinning area cleaning the windows.

They were very polite and they had the steak egg and cheese bagel that Tennessee refuses to serve
