Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

Really open and spacious coffee shop with a nice menu variety and plenty of happy faces! I wish I lived in the area—if I did I KNOW that Sweetwaters would become my daily coffee stop.
The coffee drinks were good. Service slightly slow but they were busy so that’s okay. Parking is tight. The shop hosts occasional other events and there is something for everyone! Lots of comfy indoor seating and there is a good-sized outdoor seating patio too!

Ok prices, fair quality drinks, clean atmosphere. A little more corporate feeling than a small neighborhood coffee shop, but it does the trick. Similar to most Starbucks.

I love this coffee place! I can get lots of work done here and it has plenty of parking. I come back here about once a week to relax and reset. Definitely recommend all of their locations!

I come to Sweetwaters almost every week to hang out with friends, and I have never been disappointed. Their coffee, food, and customer service is always on point and it has a very cozy atmosphere! My current favorite item to order is their Mango iced tea with lychee jellies in it! The drink is a little on the sweet side, but that's what I love about it! Can't wait to go back!

The dreamy cold brews have had me in a tight grip all summer haha dirty chais are my go-to all winter. Great drinks, treats, service, and prices.

I was having a hard time finding a coffee shop with a thru drive in the area (I have 3 babies and going out and in of the car is very difficult.) I finally called this place as a last resort and not only did Maggie help me choose my coffee order (I've never been here before) she also offered to bring my drink out to me! This was so kind of her and this experience has now made me a Sweetwaters customer :)

I’m from out of town and decided I stop. The service was great, I didn’t know what to order. I explained what I liked and they made a recommendation. I loved the coffee they made me and tiramisu was delicious

Having never been to a Sweetwater's before I wasnt sure what to expect. The Great Pumpkin Latte I had was really good, but the White Chocolate Mocha my friend had was one of the best I have ever had. I also tried the blueberry crumble which was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and inviting. Music was just loud enough in the background to be relaxing but not enough to make you have to shout to talk to someone next to you. The store was clean, saw staff quickly clean up after patrons left. The prices are in line with what you would expect for a coffee shop but the flavor was on another level. I would definitely recommend stopping in for a coffee, tea or both. Wish we had a Sweetwater's down in central Florida!!

I am so happy Sweetwaters Plymouth Green re-opened. The cafe is newly renovated and beautifully designed. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of all the products. I was unsure on what to order, and a lovely barista guided me through the menu. I ultimately decided on the Dreamy Cold Brew. She explained how they made the cold brew. They let the coffee steep in cold water for 18 hours in order to achieve a smooth and slightly sweet coffee. Let me tell you, it was the best cold coffee drink I have ever had. I will certainly be coming back again soon. Additionally, I love the diversity of the menu, customers, and staff members. The global / diverse aspects of Sweetwaters Plymouth Green is what makes it great!

Great coffee and they offer soy milk! Lots of nice places to sit and meet folks or work remotely. Nice selection of baked goods. Coffee was way better than the Starbucks next door and you don’t have to wait in line for 30 minutes to get it. Support your local shops!

Nice coffee shop with none caffeine options. A lot of people work in there in the Friday afternoon.

I order matcha ice dragon, and they could customize for me and put much less sugar in the drink! What a surprise!

The building itself is beautiful inside. The coffee is average but the food is great. I have been coming here to study and do homework for the past 4 years since it is such a good environment to work in. I have gotten more work done here than the library. The staff are relatively young but have always been nice and welcoming. There are regulars and the owners stop by often. The bathrooms are big and always very clean, they also have provided sanitary products! This location has a very small town coffee shop feel despite being in Ann Arbor. Highly recommend!

I have to give a five star review because their drinks are some of the best, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are a wonderful location for our meetup group 😊

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in the country. I didn't start drinking coffee until I was 62 years old. I do about 4 to 5 hours of exercise each day and coffee helps me have the energy to do this. I have been to a few hundred coffee shops these past 20 months and this Sweetwaters on Plymouth Road is my favorite. It's so peaceful and pleasant here especially after 8 pm The owner is so nice and he puts so much love and energy into his coffee shop. When I leave Michigan I will really miss this wonderful store. I love the cinnamon tea and the iced cafe Americano. The employees are very nice especially Mia, Jane and Aliza.

First impression are everything, this place hit all goals!! I was referred by a client to try this place. I had a dirty chia iced latte with oat milk. It was absolutely Devine!! The chia is brewed in house and the mixology was in point. Definitely will return!!
