Love the Starbucks app! It's incredible how quickly the order is ready and always perfect at Westown Starbucks in Middletown!!

I order here every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Everyone has learned my name and is so polite and friendly to me. It’s my morning ritual that I wouldn’t change for any other coffee place.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks over the years, but this one has the best staff, best service and best team I’ve seen. Incredible hospitality that made me want to go out of my way to come to this store for all my coffee needs.

Fast service, super friendly staff, online specials have always been available. There is a gentleman named David who works there and having him take our order always makes our visits... He is always so friendly and has some hilarious one liners that make our visits even greater. Great coffee and excellent employees at this location!

Greeted by three out of four employees visible with eye contact, waited about 3 seconds due to no line, lady helping me apologized for the wait and was very polite and efficient, order was hand delivered to me before I even finished paying. 10/10 experience!

Drink was amazing but the service was phenomenal, especially from Pablo, Judy, Darla, and Charlie, but especially Pablo.

I giving Starbucks a five not so much the staff. I work at a Starbucks and I know how drinks (especially mine) are suppose to taste and I get so frustrated when they are made wrong and they look at me like I did something wrong. I still have to wait and line and pay like everyone else, I just want my drink made properly, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has went to Starbucks and got a drink and it was soooo good, than went to another and it tasted completely different I really wish they would start having more consistency with drinks. Trust me I know its hard some days but it can be done.

I placed an online order and went through the drive through to pick my order up around 9:40am this morning. I did not catch the gentlemen’s name but he greeted me with kindness and did an awesome job with my very berry hibiscus refresher. Great customer service and attitude!

I love this Starbucks! Unfortunately not all can be created equal but this one always gets my drinks right and if it's not they ensure I'm satisfied before I leave. They are all super happy here and always welcome each person individually.

Clean, safely organized and operated. What can you say? A good Starbuckys can always be part of a good day. 👍🏾Also glad for order ahead and pick up and clean restrooms 🚻.

The worker who sometimes takes drive through orders and talks in funny voices is amazing. We love the staff..and drinks of course. 😊

@starbucks managers someone needs to give DAVID a raise because he single handedly makes the experience so much better JUST through ordering with him. i get starbucks quite often, but when i order with david it adds a lot to my coffee run. i don’t even know the guy but i made a point to look at his nametag! :)

Best Customer Service of any of the Starbucks I visit on a daily basis! I do Uber and Lyft and I visit so many Starbucks in the last 4 years, this location tops all of them by far!

Delicious coffee made to order and great baristas! That iced coffee was what I needed!

Very rare, great customer service. I forgot to request decaf for my latte, they happily and quickly made me another. One of the best starbucks I have been to.
