Way better than Wendy’s especially with the app discounts/deals this place more reliable than anywhere else in Middletown. I’d rather eat a double qp than a five guys burger

I used to get really annoyed with this McDonald's for consistently missing an item in my kids happy meal. However, the past few months, they've really turned around dramatically! The service here has improved, all of the employees are really friendly and nice.

Kenny is the new manager there, she's been there I think a few months; she's awesome! She talks to my son when he comes in, she's really nice, and ever since she's been here I have not gotten one incorrect order.

Definitely prefer this McDonald's to the others along my commute 😊

Second visit to this location. Shortly after midnight, not much of a wait. Pleasant staff. Absolute freshest food I’ve ever had at McD. Best Quarter Pounder with cheese, never had a bun that fresh at any location. Full side of hot fresh fries.

Clean, quick, & good! Employees are very courteous & amicable. Establishment was very clean & I went during the lunchtime rush so that says something about the way they run this McDonald's restaurant. My food was fresh, hot, & my order was correct.

There is something seriously wrong with this McDonald's. The food came out quickly, the buns were not smushed, the soda is not watered down, and our sandwiches even resembled the photo for once. What... What is happening? I'm scared. This is the best McDonald's. Thank you *single tear* so much.

I always forget where to find this McDonald's. They need signs to help.

Definitely love this restaurant more than the Wendy's down the road. The food is always hot and staff is very friendly, though like other reviews, the fries are very salty. I don't mind since I LOVE salty fries (that's how they should be, in my opinion), but if you don't like the salt, ask for no salt on your fries and they won't salt your fries. :)

Also, I can't stress this enough... if you come here often, GET THEIR APP!! They have LOADS of coupons on it and you'll save lots of money using it. The restaurant is always clean and service is really fast... so fast that their buzzer devices startle me every time because I literally JUST sit down and it buzzes!! For those that don't know what that means... the devices buzz and light up when your order's ready. I would recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE!! Come eat here, the service is worth WAY more than you pay!! ^u^

Hot breakfast is always a winner in my book!!!

The employees are nice and work hard. Some of the customers, well, yeah, not so much.

Covid update 8/2021 - drive thru only, service as good s they can provide. Situation stinks, but the workers try. Lines are long.

Consistent, only place after dark to grab a quick bite.

I am a tow truck operator from out of state and didn't realize DE was still drive thru only 😐. I walked up to the door and rang the buzzer to which a young Lady named Zaakirah ( and I hope I spelled that right ) answered the door , I explained how I didn't know and obviously couldn't drive through in my large tow truck to which she respond "that's okay I can help you and take your order " I was delighted 😀 and couldn't believe how nice and easy this transaction occurred. I highly recommend this store and their lovely staff. Thank you very much!

It's a mcdonalds... it is what it is. Love it or hate it, it's a staple.

A very good franchise in Middletown

I love this McDonald's! ALWAYS clean and fast. never have had any issues here no matter if I walk in, do the drive thru or using the app for even quicker pick up!! awesome team you have in the early morning AM crew!! ((I'm there every tues and wensday morning 5am-7am and the people who work those hours are always working hard with smiles on their faces ready to serve whoever they are waiting on!))

Great MCDEES! Got a cheeseburger happy meal for my kids and they were happy! The service was good and they had decent food!

Top notch service. I recommend this McDonalds over the one on Main St. The cashier directed me to Iron Hill State Park so he could meet when he got done his shift. Great service all around!

What's to review?? No matter what Mickey D's you visit, consistency of product is their claim to fame. No matter what location I've visited, the product is constant and quite palatable.

Service was great but other patrons were very rude and ignorant to the way things are done....a line is there for a reason don't just go driving around everyone and make your own line... Rude and Ignorant period
