Recently an employee misquoted a price on a product to my husband and when he returned to make the purchase they mentioned the employee mistakenly gave us the wrong price but “we don’t want a customer to walk away unhappy” and they without hesitation honoured the price!

I was in need of a surf bag for my sup, and John took the time to search through the back storage area for the perfecting fitting bag for my extra wide world sup surf board. The product was absolutely perfect for my needs. And, John, Steve, and the rest of the gang have always gone the extra mile to provide the highest level of service over many years of service. They have all the toys and accessories for the beach, including windsurfing, sup, surfing, and foiling. Along with a great rental fleet of toys to try. This is an awesome surf shop with great people!

Full disclosure, I did not rent from here. But we stopped in to rent boards. The guy in the back was very knowledgeable and super helpful. We mentioned we just had a lesson and he taught us about the boards and told us where we should surf. When discovering we were only safe to surf by driving across the island, we told him we had free rentals over there from our hostel and didn’t go because we didn’t want to drive the hour there. He said that if we have a chance for free rental, those waves are more friendly, and to go do that. Even after getting all our stuff together he was honest and only wanted the best for us, even though it meant him losing money. Highly recommend these people based solely on their customer service. Also, boards are only 25 for 24 hours with a free car rack if needed. Can’t beat it! Thank you Hi Tech!
