This was a dine in order literally 1 other person seated. 2 sausage egg McMuffin s 30 minutes from order to food. Close the lobby it might be quicker.

Nick and Cyrus were absolutely amazing. They were extremely patient, nice, and helpful. They helped me figure out technical difficulties with my McDonald’s app and their customer service was top tier.

I am glad there is a McDonald's close to home. So when dinner is a bust or I just don't want to cook it saves me. This one is pretty consistent with quality.

Margo was ABSOLUTELY amazing! It was late at night and, I had the worst day. She ran back and forth when my sister forgot to ask for things like sauces and such.

My daughter and I enjoy going to the McDonald's in Kuna. They always seem to be really friendly and they provide fast service.

Great area.
Line is usually busy 5-10 minute wait.
I usually use the app it's easier to get points. People are nice and helpful.

My go to items are
10 piece nuggets
Fries
Diet coke
Mc chicken.

If your looking for something sweet. Mc flurry or their cookies.

Parking is nice you get in and out. They usually put everything in the bag. Sauces: sweet and sour or Buffalo.

Traffic gets busy around 12pm and 5pm.

Great place for quick bit especially those with toddlers/babies

Really nice folks and good service. 10/10 would eat lots of meals here. Also, the terminal you can order at is really convenient especially if you have favorites saved in your profile.

The manager at this location was the best manager I’ve ever experienced. She was super friendly, super cooperative super helpful, and her whole crew seem to be happy with their job.

This was an amazing cheeseburger until I saw what I was eating it was filled with ducks and worms

Thank you to the wonderful staff for being so understanding with us so close to your closing time. I'm typically not one to complain even if my order was completely wrong, (which isn't the case atm). I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe and for the first time I've encountered this problem, it was undercooked. I tried 4 times to eat it, thinking that it was only the initial taste. I tried time and time again but uhhhh nope, ngl I was disappointed. but I wasn't going to make a fuss, I wasn't hungry anymore. my older sibling insisted that we get my money back and I agreed. we went through the drive through and they were so nice about it! I feel bad about them seeing the bitten food. but they politely gave me my money back and gave a coupons. overall the experience was pleasant and they handled the situation quickly and calmly. the manager apologized and it was just nice, idk. 5 stars cause of the exceptional service.

Sometimes the drive thru is a little slow so I recommend using mobile app ordering but the staff makes up for it with their super positive, happy selves.

The only mcdonalds that will ever get a 5 star rating from me due to their prompt and polite fix of a major mess-up. I found a paper on my burger (the one that separates the patties) and it was promptly replaced and I was given a card for a free sandwich

Amazing crew! I stopped in to order dinner on my way home and the truck died in drive through. Had to unload my daughter and walk inside, The manager was already at the door asking if I needed anything. She let me borrow their phone and then sent out a few workers to push me out. After all that she paid for my meal and even made sure I had fresh fries. Could not thank them enough

Absolutely LOVE their coffee! Since I am not a 'fancy coffee' drinker, a regular coffee has always been the ticket with me. There's no other place better for a nice, hot cup of coffee. Thank you!

Have large family with very complicated looong order, got just what we asked for. Super friendly staff! Quick to get our bags and bags of food to us, no wait. Great teamwork!

Concidering we were the very last customers of the night, and it was about midnight, and past closing, great experience. The staff were still super friendly and the cheeseburger i get every time was delicious. It all boils down to professionalism until the end of your shift, integrity. These guys showed that this night. Will be going back sometime if im in that area again. Very friendly staff.

Thank you to the Kuna store ! We decided last minute we wanted some breakfast (10:50) and breakfast ends at 11. My husband made it in time to only realize I had his debit card at home. The team was nice enough to let him go home and grab it and they re made it for us even though breakfast would be over when we got back. Thank you!

I'm giving this McDonald's a 5 star review. Not because of the food, but because of the manager Shawna. She was absolutely a blessing. I have two daughters, one 7 weeks and one 19 months. Today had been quite hectic, and she made sure I knew I was doing a good job with both of my babies. Even took time to help me with the 19 month old. There's needs to be more people like her in this world!
