Fiesta Guadalajara

Had Many not so pleasant visits in the past. However, we've visited at least once a month the past 3 and have not been disappointed. Food is better than ever, staff is friendlier and always hustling. The only downside is limited substitution options. We're a family that loves asada, so we always try to substitute the meat for our kids. They are very hesitant, not sure if they've received too much negative feedback in the past when they'd announce it would cost extra, so now they try not to offer it? In the end, we're happy we didn't give up on this location.

We have ordered carryout 4 times but not yet dined in. My family loves their food. Kids from 6-13 enjoy their menu too. Also, they have got our order correct every single time! That's a huge plus. We will definitely be returning customers.

Food was out fast and tasted great. Service was very on top of it. Young ladies were hustling to make the experience a good one!

The wait staff is friendly and the food is good. The salsa is a bit too hot for me, but it's good. Fair prices.

We enjoyed the fiesta combo fajitas and they were the best we’ve ever had! Then we enjoyed their fried ice cream and it truly put everyone else’s to shame. This is our new favorite Mexican restaurant. Bye-bye other guy.

Waiter was friendly and kept the bean dip, chips and salsa coming until the food was ready. Everything was delicious. Prices are reasonable. The table next to us got the guacamole made at your table. It looked fantastic. I know what I'm getting next time!

Came here a couple of times when we were in Kuna for a few days. Food was good. Bar area is super cute. Love the chairs. Our bartender was exceptional! I wish I would've got his name to add to this review. He made the experience go from good to great.

Took my two daughters to eat here for lunch for my birthday, gorgeously decorated, very very clean and the staff were beyond amazing. Made me feel one of kind for my birthday. Pretty sure the cook and the manager came out with our waiter to sing to me in Spanish and in English. VERY COOL experience. We will be going back for sure. Thank you to the staff!
