Very enjoyable experience with DJ on the upper deck. The lower deck is climatized and everyone has their own seat. As others have stated, crew is very pleasant and polite. They even go upstairs offering drinks.

The bathroom issue mentioned by others is solely due to one’s not listening to the captain’s instructions. You first have to pull it so water comes inside the toilet, then push it to flush. Maybe the captain should be more emphatic about this.

Food-wise, I think they have big problems. They had rice or potatoes as side option, but the lady asked me if I wanted rice: didn’t mention potatoes at all. They also didn’t offer cupcakes, even though it was available. I overheard more than one person complaining the potatoes were very salty. And overall the food was not tasting or looking good. They need a complete overhaul on the food service.

Enjoyable experience for all ages. Kids, adults and grandparents all had a great time. Kids even got to help drive!

It was a pleasant experience for me and my family. Good people, good food and an amazing atmosphere with a huge orange sunset on our background pictures. We loved it!

I'm a clown and every single new local entertainment is interesting to go and learn and share to my costumers a great experience. My family and I appreciate the whole thing from food and music to views. I will be back for sure.

My sister and I enjoyed the Brightline brunch cruise today and had a wonderful time. The boat is clean and well maintained. The dining cabin has wonderful air conditioning and every seat has a great view from which to watch Florida's natural scenery. We saw quite a few water birds and several river dolphin pods. No gators or manatees, but of course that cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs there is seating at high-top tables and probably for night time events, they may open the bar up there. Most seats are open but some are shaded (my preference). The staff was warm and friendly, especially Joanna at the bar and Captain Mike with his "first mate," Tag, an adorable chihuahua (mix?). The bathrooms are tiny but I found them well stocked. I figured out the flushing (pull forward first, then push back, handle is low on the right side), but it could be tricky. The food was so-so and I expect there will be improvements, but it sure wouldn't stop me from going back. We had a very nice afternoon aboard Charlotte!

We had a dinner cruise and really enjoyed it. The food was so good and the portions were huge. The boat ride was pleasant and enjoyed the evening.

The staff and Captain were great. Tag was cute. We did see dolphins and the sunset was pretty.
The food not so great, extremely Small small portions, slightly warm.
The cocktails and beer were expensive. 1 beer and 1 cocktail $20.00. Don’t recommend for the dinner cruise, especially for the price. Brightline needs to do a lot of work on the food temperature and portions.

The boat ride itself was very pleasent.The crew was very friendly and polite. They did however fall short on the food department. It could have been better organized as they ran out of entrees before everyone was served. Considering it was only their second day out, flawes were expected. I am looking forward to going back again.

We did the brunch cruise for my mom's birthday & it was very lackluster. I put in our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and a few days later got a text saying to call a number about birthday requests. I called the number and it was the caterer. She was very accommodating and made cupcakes for our party. When we got on the boat, that's where the accommodation ended. We went to the bar for drinks & the captain told us it wasn't a call bar and that they had canned and bottled pre-made drinks. He then went on a rant about how one customer really liked them. The guy working the bar told me he didn't know how to make a Long Island Iced Tea but was willing to learn. I helped him & out was wonderful. As the captain was making his safety announcements he asked if anyone was celebrating anything & my mom stated it was her birthday. To which he responded "would you like to say anything?"...... The food came out with the cupcakes & they just served our cupcakes with the food as if cupcakes are a part of breakfast. The food was pretty good but they serve it school lunch line style and you can't see it before they put it on your plate. The cruise itself was okay. It's pretty much self guided, without even a brochure to know what you're looking for. You have to watch the water to catch a glimpse of animals, no one points them out. Nor do they point out any landmarks. I think it would be a nice little boat ride if you just want to be on a boat, I wouldn't recommend it for special occasions.

The cruise was fine but the food was not. It was luk warm at best. It was in warmers for over 1.5 hours minimum. They advertised omelets, pancakes,and pastries. We were offered scrambled eggs ,waffles and banana and zucchini bread. We we offered one piece of bacon and half of a sausage. They definitely need to work out the kinks with this. Both bathrooms were broke and it was disgusting. They did not flush and we had to ask for toilet paper. They definitely need to work on all of these issues.

I made a reservation in June for September for the Sunday brunch tour and of course, paid in full for two. On August 29, THEY canceled. They accepted a larger event. I spoke with the office and sent email. Since they were the ones that canceled, I was promised a full refund. Here it is 2 months later and I still haven’t received my $195.00!

My review was deleted … I do not recommend this so call dinner cruise , small food portions . By the time it was our turn to line up for “dinner” they ran out of salad … we were a party of 11 they scattered us and they were not very accommodating. One person in our party couldn’t eat because they ran out of food and it was brought to their attention, no refund was issued for that meal paid and was never served! Stay away from this company .probably this too will get deleted !!
