Bounce Luggage Storage - Kahului Airport

I was so sandy after being at the beach all day, after I dropped my luggage off. I ended up using the shower there, when I picked up my luggage. What a treat to shower before a red-eye flight. The shuttle driver was super nice as well. 10/10 recommend

The hosts were super friendly, helpful and we felt our luggage was in good hands. The location is also very continently located next to the airport and they even offer luggage drop off service, which we never took advantage of, but will next time.

The hosts also recommended a great spot to watch the sunset before our flight, and it was the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

This was a super easy solution to storing our luggage the day we were between condos and decided to drive to Hana. Just put our mind at ease that things were safely stowed and we could stop and hike. Follow the directions in the app (e.g. you might need to call). The whole process was super easy. Thank you!

Great option for dropping bags and then spending the rest of the day having fun on Maui until our late flight. Super nice people working there. My only suggestion would be a sign on the door of the actual location for ease of finding it.

Zack was super helpful storing our luggage while we spent time in Paia waiting on our flight.He let us know all about the additional services available at this location, like showers and luggage dropoff at the airport.

Little odd at first, but it worked exactly as advertised. The guy that checked us in was very helpful, once we were ready to pick up earlier than expected he was able to get us right back in via camera and mic. I could see it being more complicated if in the middle of the night, but during the day it was very convenient and appreciated.

My friend and I couldn't find this place just by the address for a long time, so hopefully I can save you time by letting you know that you need to search for "Above the Wave" which is where Bounce Luggage operates out of. Once we found them, everything was seamless! We filled out a form, dropped off our luggages and even took a shower (we had just gone snorkeling) before heading out for the rest of our day. Pick up was quick and easy!

The only issue was confusion about the location. Apparently on Sundays they give their usual space to a church group, and no one in th
at group knew about where I could find luggage storage. Fortunately I was able to reach Zack by phone and find him just a few doors away in the plaza.
Great courteous service and we were able to call ahead so luggage was ready to go when we arrived.
Excellent service and I had peace of mind exploring Maui for one final day.

This place was exactly what we needed to keep our belongings safe on our last day of exploring before flying out of Maui. Zack even offered us the service of delivering our 7 big bags to the airport for a small fee and it was amazing and worth every penny! He was communicative, on time and super nice. I am glad we decided to try it! When we come back, I will definitely use this service again!!

Great service. We came late for drop off and they called to check up on us. We apologized but they didn't make us feel bad. Pickup was easy even though we didn't make it easy for them (not same person dropping off VS picking up) but they found a way to verify and give us the luggage. Super simple, all done online for reservation. Cost effective and right next to Costco Gas and airport for easy last day service.

Michelle and Zack were so very helpful in unloading, storing and reloading our luggage. I felt like our luggage was very secure. It was so wonderful to have this option so we could enjoy our last day in Maui before our flight left late at night. We enjoyed visiting with Michelle so much. She gave us a true feeling of the aloha spirit.

Zack and Christine were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Very reliable service in providing secure storage for our luggage as we took a day trip to Molokai. I realize they just were setting up shop but do recommend more visible signage; this will add to this branch's trustworthiness.

This service was amazing and very reasonably priced. Zack was amazing to deal with and I as very accommodating. We stored our bags and also had him deliver them to us at the airport which made the last day so much easier. Highly recommend people use Zack and his service as it made our last day way more manageable. Thanks Zack!! We’ll definitely use you next time.

What an awesome service! Found Bounce with a simple google search "Where can I store my bags until my flight?". Bounce popped up and I was sold! Great website and easy to navigate. Location was super convenient. Zach was amazing, super helpful and accommodating. An affordable service with extra service upgrades if interested. I highly recommend if you have an early checkout and a late night flight and do not want to worry about your luggage all day.

This service made our trip so much more convenient! It was great to be able to leave our checked luggage behind and travel light for a few days while island hopping. Zack was super responsive and even arranged for last-minute drop off of our luggage at the airport. I highly recommend and will definitely use Bounce again!

This luggage storage place was the perfect find I tell you! Just outside the airport&very secure.

Zach is a great resource really helped us max use of our vacation time. My girlfriends and I got in early and left late. We were able to store our bags for over 9hours before checkin and 8hours after checkout. Used the time to shop, hang out on the beach and paddle board.

Great experience! We had all day and a bunch of luggage with no room. I found this app and schedule a drop off. Zack was awesome to work with and even had showers to use when we picked our stuff back up! It was a game changer for sure. Highly recommend!

Bags were secure all day. Staff was friendly and there right when I said I would be dropping and picking up bags. Good communication and available via text or call. I love that they offer so many options--you can get your bags delivered to you at the airport, you can get a ride to the airport, and you can even take a shower there before your flight. Excellent service that I highly recommend.
