I had a veryyy hard time with customer service (on the phone) because they were giving me different directions about what to do about a certain order and kept making me go back and forth. I went to this location and Angie was sooooooooooo patient and so kind and did her absolute best to help me. She helped better than anyone I spoke to over the phone. She made me feel very valued as a customer and took the time to understand the situation and helped me understand. 1000000/10 customer service from her!!! She definitely deserves so much recognition and praise from the company, she really went above and beyond.

Went yesterday for skincare advice and Miss Kiaralene literally went above and beyond to give me an amazing experience. Helped me with all my needs and gave me tons of options. Super sweet and very very helpful!

My sister and I went to this location right around closing time and were helped by two lovely ladies, Behka and Bree. Not only did they give us great reccommendations but they did not make us feel rushed or uncomfortable at any point. We would definitely return to this location purley based off their great service. Thank you girls!

My friend and I were just in and had a wonderful shopping experience. The staff were kind and helpful, and engaged in informed discussions about skincare options and routines with us. We specifically want to thank Aurora, Jocelyn, and Martha for their customer service. A special thanks to Raghad for spending so much time exploring perfume options with me. She really listened to my needs and helped me find a combination that fulfilled that criteria.

Was having an issue with a product that I was not able to resolve over the phone with Sephora customer service or the manufacturer due to the uniqueness of the problem. I went to this location hoping maybe I would find some sort of resolution, and to my pleasant surprise, I was met by Kim and Sharon who were extremely helpful. They were sympathetic to the problem I was having and were more than happy to go above and beyond to resolve it. Great customer service like that is why I would be going out of my way to return to this location over another. Thank you to Kim and Sharon

Beautiful store. The lurking staff asking if I needed assistance multiple times within 3 minutes was really annoying. I went in for whipped air cream face lotion, and one other product. My niece was shopping for her birthday too. It became so awkwardly creepy, I put back everything. We left with a lip gloss she found around by the register to escape what felt like being stalked and followed. Definitely will online shop moving forward.

Everyone was so helpful to my wife and I. But this place is always packed with people it gives us anxiety lol

I just had the MOST amazing experience at this Sephora location. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had. And I owe it all to *Bia (I’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name. And I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was INCREDIBLE!! She’s in the skincare side and she helped me build an entire skincare routine specifically for my skins needs. I couldn’t stop thanking her and wanted to publicly tell everyone how amazing she is!!

I am so late with writing this review that was supposed to be done weeks ago lol. But I had the pleasure of having Ashley as my makeup artist and let me tell you, she was the best. I’m not a girly girly that knows a lot about makeup…The way she made me feel so comfortable and work to find the correct shade for my skin was incredible. And I love the fact when she wasn’t sure about something she asked her colleagues. I can honestly say, I wish I had her every single time I want to wear makeup. I felt so pretty. Thank you so much Ashley! I hope you see this!

Nice collection of various brands of make up and cosmetics products. Well organized and spacious which makes it easy to find what they looking for. And I'm usually quite picky and difficult to handle when it comes to product applying for my face. one employee assist me. she was really patient and kind. Even went through almost every primer in the store for me.

It was so nice and the aesthetic of this shop really pulls it all together the cashiers are very nice and you get greeted every time you go in the store!!!

Loved the staff at this particular Sephora, welcoming and friendly! I had never once experienced anything bad with this Sephora. The people truly deserve a lot of recognition for their amazing customer service, cleanliness and, best of all, knowledge of makeup! Fabulous. I came back a while ago because I was running low on foundation and everyone was constantly offering to help. But I prefer the Clinique brand of foundation. I’m grateful for the kindness of the employees in Sephora.

Had an amazing experience visiting this store. I always struggled with finding a the perfect foundation. Every foundation I have gotten is either too dewy, cakey or didn’t last all day. When I walked in and got helped by Ashley Chacon I was so happy! I found my staple and go to foundation forever! She was such an amazing person and helped me out with everything I need for a full face that will last all day! Will definitely come back and ask for more help on future products! 💕💕💕

This Sephora is absolutely amazing. The customer service is above & beyond. Huge shout out to Ashley, she helped me find every item on my list quickly and with so much positive energy! Donna is amazing too, had a great conversation while checking out. These girls deserve a raise for the level of detail and care they put into customer interactions!

I don’t personally wear makeup, but my friend who does is in love with this store. She might as well work there. Her preferred items always happen to be there and if they’re not the staff can always help or recommend something similar or better. I know they also offer services to get your eyebrows done. You can either go to the store and make an appointment or do it yourself online.

Outstanding service provided by Heather. She went above and beyond to find a product (Moroccanoil fragrance mist) that was not on the shelf. She went all over the store to check. She didn’t find the product she then came to tell me that she was going to check in the back. She found it!! I almost hugged her! (Due to COVID precautions I didn’t lol). I’m sure she goes above and beyond for other clients BUT that meant a lot to me. She’s SUPERB and hope she gets to see this review. Thank you Heather!! See you soon.

I had went in there and there was a 10 minutes of wait in line for the checkout. It was packed but I got what I wanted. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and organized and well put. So yeah, I would highly recommend everyone to go and check out because they have a lot of items in stock.

Crowded, but the organizational system in the store, and the personal help, and the variety and quality of products, were all pretty great.
Fun experience, even for an open minded male coming to help a female out.
