Wonderful selection or products. Seemed fairly busy when we went and we still had someone come check on us and as how we were doing. I did ask a question about finding something, and they led the way to a product but it happened to be... different than what we were looking for. Was able to find the correct product and right size once they left. Overall great experience.

First time getting a haircut at Ulta. Easy to schedule. I have curly grey hair and I found a curly hair stylist and really liked the cut and the products recommended for me.

Wandered in as they opened and was immediately greeted by Eva. She was incredibly helpful, giving two clueless men the perfect guidance for our gift to our family member!

Susana at the brow bar was great! She laminated and shaped my brows and had excellent customer service.

I don't live in this area so this was some off visit for some Christmas presents. The store was clean, staff was busy but still greeted me and checked in. I found what I needed.

The parking lot is always crazy in this strip mall.

I always order online and pick it up. Only once was an item out of stock when it said available. The employees are always friendly with any questions I have and always quick to bring my orders out. Twice, I've had to go in, and it was very quick, as well. The only thing I don't like is that I've been ordering regularly for about 2 years and still never have points to redeem. It takes a lot, I guess, to actually have something to redeem. So, the rewards program could be a bit better, but that's not the store's issue.

outstanding. excellent customer service. I had a facial done. Marlee was outstanding. You can tell that she is passionate and loves her job. I would definitely come back again !!

Sales associate Laiba was super helpful and attended to us right away. She got the store manager Elisse who helped fix the issue and honored my Ulta coupon

This is my favorite Ulta Beauty Store hands down. Every encounter I’ve had are all good. They always greet and all the ladies working there are always so friendly and kind.

First time going into this store and won’t be going back to any other location. Fani was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to match every product to my skin tone. She provided that A1 service and im not talking about the sauce.

Love Ulta Beauty! I get my hair done there by Alicia and she is an artist! I always end up spending more than anticipated. All of the associates are always friendly and helpful. I like the new location since there is more room to shop. Having a wide variety of products from classic mass brands like Maybelline and L'Oreal to Chanel and Nars is an easy way to get all my shopping done in one trip. I also like seeing the new brands they carry. It's a nice way to try out something niche.

Andriana did a wonderful job picking out the makeup that would match my skin tone. Not only that, she also helped pick out what we needed after applying the makeup. Also, Isabel was very helpful at choosing the face cream that would go well with my skin condition! It was my first time and I had a great experience. Thank you so much Andriana and Isabel.

I allow for some time here and have my list of products that I need with me. The Oakbrook location is very great. This month, I was fortunate to be helped with product questions by Lolly! She was sweet, helpful, never pushy. Next visit, I hope to be lucky enough to pick a day when she is working!
Another employee at the register helped me order a product online. She was helpful and patient with this process. My order arrive in a timely fashion. 😊

The nicest, friendliest sales ladies! I was there last week and a blonde, curly haired young lady helped me select Ouidad 4 in 1 shampoo, sorry didn’t get her name . She was bubbly and had a positive energy, I felt uplifted after interacting with her.

I went into this store looking for a specific straightener and was SO happy to see it at a cheaper price and when I got to the register the price was different which, I knew was way to good
to be true. I showed the cashier the picture of the placement I found the straightener at and she has called over the manager and 2 of the managers came over and said the same thing and just changed the price to the price I found it at.. I appreciate this ulta location for trusting me and allowing me to get it for the price I found the straightener at. Thank you so much. If your looking for a friendly trustworthy location look no further.

Sid (I think it's how you spell her name, she has pink hair :) ...) helped me find a great parfume. She was really helpful, patient and attentive. Ulta, keep hiring good people and treat them well ;)

They are so nice and helpful here!! I came in today and while checking out I met Alexis & Haralee who were so sweet & shared some great skin care tips and told me about some good products I ended up buying as well! I will be booking a facial with Haralee soon! Thank you girls!

There was a lady in fragrances I wish I could remember her name. She was short like me. Shorter hair, very jazzy and super sweet and helpful. Great service. Great quality products.

Daniela R. is AWESOME!! I can't say enough. I've never had a go-to hair stylist, but she is my new one. She fixed (in May) a huge, ugly color job that I had done elsewhere. It was SO MUCH better! I was over the moon happy. Then at the end of July she helped me to pick a different color to transition to. She takes her time, really listens to what I want, and explains/advises wonderfully. She's also extremely personable and pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend to everyone!! I'll be back in another 2 months to update my color! Give her a raise 🙂

My sister called ahead of time because she needed dry shampoo and wanted to know how much it would cost. The associate on the phone was very helpful and happy to answer all of her questions, including about the brands they carried. We then came into the store and were happy to find the dry shampoo she needed as well as tweezers and a makeup bag from myself. I've been coming to this location for years and the staff there is always friendly and have smiles on their faces. I've gotten color matched and have been satisfied with the results. Overall, I'd reccomend this Ulta for your makeup / beauty needs.
