Concetta's Main Street Bistro

Best breakfast sandwich in Mt. Airy. This "Colossal" was so good one corner evaporated before I could snap a picture! Also had Matzah ball soup, bagel with cream cheese and fantastic Knills Farm tomatoes. Lastly the homemade German potato salad was excellent. Patronize Jeff and his friendly staff for great food!

We love coming here for breakfast.

Food: good, not great, worth the price for sure. Menu needs more vegetarian/vegan options!

Service: wonderful. Everyone is friendly and cheery.

Atmosphere: lovely. Cute and cozy and quiet. We like sitting outside enjoying nature.

Great little country restaurant with good òle country cookin. Very nice people. I forgot to ask for no onions and they quickly and happily exchanged my order for one with no onions. Our server was the best!!
We ate outside and watched the people and cars go by and had a very pleasant and relaxing breakfast.

We had lunch at Concetta’s and sat outside. The Cuban sandwich special was delicious and my brother had the Ruben. Would highly recommend stopping for lunch at this quaint spot.

On Sunday evening, May 7th I was very fortunate to have Concetta's Main Street Bistro in Mt. Airy Maryland cater my daughter's bridal shower at a local vineyard for approximately 35 guests. Concetta's helped to plan the menu, prepared, delivered, and set up a beautiful looking and delicious charcuterie spread with decorative cheese, meats and desserts of all kinds. It was truly "Over the top," said several guests. Everything was created with elegance and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to all. In fact, I now am looking for any excuse to celebrate so that I can bring Concetta's Bistro in to feed many of my own life-long friends!

Had a delicious breakfast sandwich while sitting outside and it was great. The sausage bagel sandwich and coffee were top notch. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

What a fun and friendly local retaurant in a charming downtown. The owner made our food and even chatted with us about the history of the restaurant. I ordered a shrimp BLT and it was delicious. My partner ordered a florentine omelette and it was a more than just eggs! The coffee is above average. The skating might be tight during busy hours but we had no trouble getting a table.

Great hometown spot for a bite to eat! Staff is always courteous, food is great and outdoor seating is a nice plus.

Concetta’s catered our Linganore Boys Cross Country banquet and they did a fantastic job! Jeff and Sandy delivered the food, set up everything, brought a Cambro to keep all the extra food hot and even helped us set up tables and chairs! They went above and beyond! The food was reasonably priced and so delicious, most people had seconds and we had tons leftover. Highly recommend them!

Went for lunch today and got the special - hot roast beef on a poppy roll. It was really good. Love walking to lunch here!

Had their BBQ shrimp BLT and lemon tart. Heavenly

This little shop is a gem. The staff are extremely friendly, and when I moved to town, they made me feel right at home. They remember my name when I come in, and it is a family feeling. More than all of that, the food is excellent! I adore their chipped beef over rye toast and their sandwiches. Even the coffee is good! Yum!

The food from here is really good! So far everything I've had, I've really liked. It's like a little bistro with a large menu. The staff is very warm and friendly. I really like that they have such a variety of foods to offer. I wish the was a little more seating.

Great bistro, sandwiches are very good and breakfast is a treat. When my granddaughter was little we would go for breakfast and she always wanted the teddy bear pancakes.

Great breakfast place all day long. Outdoor patio is nice in the shade. AC creates some noise and cars on the street too but it's still a pleasant place. Traditional American breakfast food. Reasonable price.

I work a few miles up at The Links at Challedon golf course and i've worked there for 6 years. We always try to find great places to eat for lunch since we always are used to eating at the same places in Mt Airy (the choices become very limited after eating there over and over for years). I could say that I've never even heard of Concetta's Mainstreet Bistro until I ate here for the first time a month ago and had the Ruben sandwich. Not only was it amazing and so good but it was HUGE! Great price too! And when I stopped in to get it everyone was super nice and in such a great mood. It was overall an amazing experience and it's great to see such lovely people working and running the place. I was impressed! Will go again, and I can't believe I didn't eat here sooner! Highly recommended!

I eat here way more often then I should. The
reuben is my go-to. We've done breakfast here too and it was just as good as anything else we've tried.

Not only is the food good, but it comes with a healthy serving of genuine small-town adoration for each and ever customer that walks through the door.

Love this little place. Wonderful eggs and meats lots of options. Sometimes I sit and do work in the casual mom and pop wood tables surrounded by Italian goods. I go here every time I come home. Love it every time.

I’ve never had a bad meal or a bad experience here. The food is amazing prepared from fresh ingredients. Staff is very nice. I cannot recommend them enough.
