Overall a great experience as always. Trains delivering colored plates of tasty sushi like morsels that you requested on your personal tablet from the comfort of your table just minutes ago... what's not to like!

Food taste amazing as usual, the wait can be long but worth it, a fun sushi experience because of the sushi train machine, very nice.

I was hesitant about going due to the previous reviews, but have gone to plenty of bad reviewed places only to find out they are good.
Our wait time was about 5 minutes, every table was full. Service was great!! Sushi was fresh and a good size portion. The restaurant was clean and as soon as someone finished tables were cleaned off. The train is amusing to watch when it brings your goodies ❤

Great food, good service and fun atmosphere. Adhered to social distancing, masks, and temp checks so A+ in my book! Food was delicious. Though some was pricey, the rest was very well priced.

Only downside was the tablets had some issues with selecting things, but we found a work around.

A cute and affordable sushi place. You order off a tablet device up to 4 items at a time. They color code their plates so you know how much the costs are. My go-to items would be their tuna sushi and garlic salmon! Note that you MUST book a reservation online first through their QR code before you get seated. About a 10 minute wait time or more if it's super busy. Located at a nice mall outlet, but the other shopping places close at 5pm.

Always a great place to get good sushi. There are also other options of food for people who don’t eat raw fish. Friendly service good food!

Love Genki, everyone is very attentive and greets you upon entering the establishment. You order on a screen and your food is shuttled to you on this train system while at your table, fun for the kids and a very creative idea. If you have any special requests they are very accommodating.

Always full and long wait, I guess short of workers. Plus they don't utilize all of their tables. The food is still great and the workers are fantastic and very nice. Always willing too service every costumers that is seated and outside waiting.

Very long wait-understaffed. But we waited and were glad we did.

This place is delicious! Super quick service, and it's really fun that the food comes out on a bullet train! The wait staff was friendly, and it was very user friendly to put in our orders for food on the tablet. The price is perfect as well, this was definitely the least expensive place we ate at during our trip to Maui, and it was so good too! Loved it! I got the spicy California roll and it was divine!

Had empty tables between guests for added covid safety. The sushi came out quickly. There was about a 25 minute wait right around lunch but was worth it and lots of outdoor space to sit or walk around the mall while waiting. Oh and the food was great obviously.
