Starbucks

I showed up today after hitting the “give me directions” option on the app after a mobile order. Turns out, the app took me to the wrong Starbucks! I was running late for work, and without a second thought, the gals working were quick to offer to make me whatever my order was, free of charge (given that I had paid through the app, just to the wrong Starbucks!) They had my exact order to me (food and craft drink) within 3 minutes!!! This is my new favorite Starbucks and I have never had such great service. I called the other Starbucks that had my order ready so they could pass along the good karma and give the drink and food to someone else. Thanks again!!!

This Starbucks is always bustling but the staff remains friendly and knowledgeable. Mobile ordering ahead is the way to go, in my opinion. Parking is somewhat limited for the customer traffic (FYI).

A lot of starbucks locations have very rude and condescending workers. This starbucks has very friendly people working!

Service here is always efficient and fairly consistent! The drive thru line is always somehow busy, but the online order pickup is super reliable for speed as well as simply going inside to order! I’ve spent many a morning in here with my friends just talking :)

Do not go to the Starbucks in Savage around 3:00/3:30 unless you have 20 to 30 minutes to spare. Place gets busy when high school lets out!

Update:
In the months since I initially posted this review, I have noticed a significant increase in the quality of my experience here. Most of my issues have been addressed in some way and I would definitely now say I'd recommend this location to anyone. There's a lot of new staff and they are all pleasant and knowledgeable :)

Past Review:
First, I've never been one to go out of my way to write a negative review of any establishment. That being said, I've gone to the this place so many times and had so many underwhelming experiences that it seems they could use a little feedback. This location is the closest to my work, which is why I frequent it regardless of the service. However, almost everytime I go the service is one of two things. One, incredibly slow. I mean it sometimes takes twice as long in the drive through than any other Starbucks I've been to. Two, the employees are generally very not very friendly, professional, or knowledgable about their products and services. Additionally, the drinks I order are often not made the same as at other locations, which to me seems to imply that the employees are not trained very well. For reference, I usually go around noon or around seven in the evening. Even if I would prefer the products at Starbucks sometimes, I often choose to go to the Caribou Coffee near by because of poor experiences. In comparison, I used the frequent the Starbucks in Burnsville, which is a night and day difference. The Burnsville location is always professional, efficient, and friendly. The Savage location is severely lacking in customer service and management in my opinion. I hope this feedback may be helpful.

This SBux is my home away from home. They always get my order correct, they are fast, they are friendly, the baristas are always super friendly, the store is always clean. I can’t say enough about this location!!! (My dog loves them, too - they offer her Puppaccinos frequently!💕🐶)

A popular spot in town that provides a perfect spot to sit back and put your feet up for a moment, or just grab your Java and fuel your day.

Amazing professionalism, etiquette, and customer service. Staff is always friendly and drinks are always accurate and delicious. By far the best Starbucks in the area. Would recommend to anyone!

It was great we went through the drivethru and it was pretty fast for how many cars were there. The lady who took our order was really nice and we got our coffee quick and went on our way.

Starbucks is my go to, and this is one of the fastest ones, and best ones. Even when there's a line, the wait is never more than 15 minutes.

The staff here is better than most. I left my wallet behind and returned to find it safely tucked away with all the cash in tact.

Came in at 5 am and had a seasonal breakfast sandwich double smoked bacon cheese and egg coresont it was perfect the morning staff where attentive and friendly thank you
