Starbucks

This is my go to coffee place. Excellent service and they are actually fast and get the drinks right. That is a rare occurrence with the “fast food” type of coffee places. A well oiled machine is the first phrase that comes to mind. The baristas make this place what it is and why I’m giving it five stars.

This is THE best Starbucks! My drink always tastes exactly the same, no matter what time I visit. The employees are always friendly. Thank you💚

Always good service on another busy Saturday. My favorite is the Chia Tea. Always made perfectly.

As a fellow Starbucks employee, I completely applaud this Starbucks for its consistent, excellent experience. On my way to this location, I pass 4 other Starbucks Stores but I still am loyal to this location and go here every time. I have never had a drink they made for me prepared incorrectly. They make amazing connections with customers, remembering faces, names, and orders. Amazing.

My local Starbucks is also, happily, the best one I've ever bought from. I usually just drive through, and the line is always moving so fast I never have to wait even 5 minutes. Order always perfect! Most efficient and friendly crew ever. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been having a rough week and decided to treat myself to some Starbucks I ordered a grande drink and when I got to the window they handed me a venti. This made my whole week and I literally started to cry it’s the small things that can make someone’s day and I really appreciate all the workers there and the managers for pushing these types of values into their employees great job.

Friendly and helpful team members, good drinks -standard at any Starbucks, of course- and nice atmosphere! The seating is fantastic at this location - one of the best I've seen!! Drive thru is available at this location. Quick service too!

The only bad thing I can say about the location is that the parking lot around it is terrible, (you basically need GPS to navigate your way out of the lot), so be prepared to do a little maneuvering on your way out!

Love this location the employees are very nice and professional so I definitely had to tip them before I even pick up my order anytime I pickup at this location, I’m not a coffee drinker but I definitely order my strawberry lemonade in the early morning don’t judge me.

I've been through the drive-through a few times now for hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. The hot chocolate is always hot but not scalding hot unlike what I get at Caribou. I still prefer the taste of the hot chocolate at Caribou but it's still quite good here.

The breakfast sandwiches are much better than what is offered at Caribou. Good stuff.

Great Starbucks! Joe was extremely helpful on navigating me using the Starbucks App (Currently a Gold Member) the speed of the service was excellent! The staff seemed to know the drinks very well! Great Place for some coffee! ❤

This is my wife's and my Saturday morning date place. We are here every Saturday and love it's cozy feel. The staff is friendly and the drinks are quickly made. The rewards program is also a good reason for our continued patronage.

There was one day I went in here- and keep in mind the staff are usually really nice and make drinks correctly- and the tea I ordered was really watered down and bland... so I was a little disappointed. But I just went in and asked them to make it a little stronger and the staff were super accommodating and sweet about it!! They definitely have earned more of my business!

Baristas in the drive through are always so friendly, kind, and respectful, which I feel is uncommon in a large coffee chain drive thru. But I always a very welcoming experience at this one!

Everywhere is short staffed right now. So to everyone who’s complaining about the store hours and wait times, it is NOT the employees fault! Say thank you to the ones who do show up to serve us! I’ve never had a bad experience here, and my drinks are always spot on!

Quiet location with multiple tables. Friendly staff. Several tables had both electric and USB plugins available for use. My hazlenut lattes were perfect.

I come here almost every morning to get my coffee. It's usually busy in the morning but you cannot expect much from that because everyone wants there coffee in the morning. The lines move fast, that also goes for the drive through.

I HATE people who go somewhere 5min before closing but I needed a coffee for my overnight shift and the staff didn’t make me feel like a horrible person for showing up 5min before closing. They were very nice and I want them to know that I appreciate it!!

First of all I think it's the only REAL Starbucks in the Shakopee, all others are owned by Target,Hyvee so they don't have a full menu that starbucks offers. It's very disappointing experience that you cannot get what you want. Not to mention that Hyvee Starbucks dosen't let you redeem points. So I'm very thankful for this wonderful real Starbucks location!
