Anthony was very helpful when we switched my children from a different carrier to my plan and helped them get started with their new phones! We had some unusual circumstances that required a lot of time to work through in the process and he was so incredibly patient and pleasant to work with.

This is the BEST Verizon store!!!! I had a great experience with Sam and Tyler. They helped me setup a company IPads. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. They resolved my problems instantly and I was back to my day. Go in and ask go work with Sam or Tyler- they are the best!!!

By far the best experience I have had at any verizon store. Sam was incredibly informative, helpful and amazing. We had a great time getting everything we needed and more. I will referring others to this location for all their verizon needs. THANK YOU SAM!!

Everyone at the store was great! Took time to answer my questions and explain everything! Made the visit to pick up a new phone quick and easy!

First, I have to say, doing anything with a cell phone, has me holding my breath, because of numerous bad experiences with Verizon Corporate stores. I will now say, that this was my second experience with a Verizon Vectra store, and it, like the first in another city, was good! Anthony met all of our needs. He listened, solved our problems, gave us new ideas and options and we left feeling good and informed about our purchases. It would have been nice if he would have had the model of phone on hand that my wife chose, but we do understand that it is difficult to have everything on hand.

Our representative was friendly, and thorough. Came in for 2 phones/lines - left with those and the tablet I was looking at.

Our salesperson, Sam, was truly a living example of superb customer service.

We had several issues with the update procedures for our new phones; issues caused entirely by our previous service provider.

Throughout the nearly 3.5 hour process, Sam was always positive and courteous, never making negative comments about our previous service provider.

He made multiple phone calls (including a 30 minute conference call with two customer service reps from different companies) to solve the problems that we had.

If you could clone Sam, you could take over the world!

He did it all with patience, and a smile on his face. Great representative for Verizon! Good job Verizon. Great job Sam!!!

AJ was excellent! He switched our service over to Verizon. Was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. He had excellent customer service 👏 I would definitely purchase more from him. He took the time to explain everything, made sure we understood all charges, and what to expect when we receive our bill.

Visited the Verizon store in Savage, MN, and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. He approached us proactively, eager to assist with our needs. I inquired about a trade-in deal linked to an online promotion. The gentleman was honest and helpful, suggesting that the Burnsville store, being a corporate location, would better serve our specific request. Appreciated the straightforward guidance and the attentive customer service!

Sam the rep was the most helpful, nice, genuine guy I've ever had the pleasure of interacting at a phone store. Made me have faith in customer service and good business. Will be returning for all my Verizon needs and asking for Sam.

3 1/2 hours at a Verizon store kinda sounds horrible. But it was the exact opposite. From the second we walked into the Savage location we were greeted, to the amazing time we had with Nik that night. New Phones, tablets, and gear. Everything to Verizon internet to cut the cord. Thanks for the great experience and for letting my 2 year old run around the store half the time.

Jake was extremely helpful to both my sister and I. He was very knowledgeable on upgrades and making sure we got the best deal. He was honest about prices and how we could get the best deal. I didn’t feel pressured at all through our time in the store and he got all my questions answered. Highly recommend working with him.

Was going to rate a 4, but the manager really went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. Made an exception for me since I'm new to their store (return policy). We landed on a fair compromise that I could feel good about (paid restock fee so I could make an exchange). Overall very happy with the results. Will definitely be coming back!
