Wendy's

Loved our experience at wendys today! It was my son's first time ordering, not only were they patient but they gave him and his brothers a free Keychain to get frosty's for the year. He was so excited and boosted his confidence!

Got some Wendy's for a quick dinner with my family on Tuesday. We could believe how good the food was. Not just hot and fresh, but also the burgers and sandwiches were constructed with care. I nearly called and thanked them. Really looking forward to the next visit. Thank you!

Friendly manager and staff. For allergy reasons I always have special adjustments to my chicken sandwich order and they made it just right. I was there during the lunch rush and the drive thru and inside were very busy. But no one was frantic and the orders were perfect.

Original Review: Signs on the dining room doors state that the dining room closes at 9:00 PM. At 7:58 PM, I entered the dining room and was met with odd, uncomfortable looks from three separate restaurant staff members (one of whom was attempting to lock the door on the opposite side of the dining room). I asked the person who appeared to be in charge if the dining room was still available for dining. He hesitated then stated that it was available, but that the store would be "short-staffed", that the cashier would be leaving, and that the staff would be cleaning the dining area while I was eating. Always up for a challenge, I chose to stay and eat... While dining, multiple staff members in the food preparation area were swearing about a customer in the drive-thru ordering less than a meal (presumably, indicating that they were cheap) and one staff member was eating over the food preparation counter surface. I don't know how the food tasted because I ate quickly to avoid being a bother. No one came out and cleaned the dining area while I was there, though.

Updated Review (12/11/18):
Today, I visited this Wendy's again and I was impressed with the difference in my experiences (compared to my previous visit). The person who appeared to be in charge noticed me at the counter almost immediately and called a cashier to the register. The cashier, Annie, was polite and attentive. She took my order for food and, when she noticed that I had only ordered food (but no drink to accompany it), she offered a cup of water. I'm sure she could have upsold me with a drink, but I think she recognized that I was ordering a "cheap meal" and went with the most likely option. In any case, I was much more satisfied with this visit. Thanks, Wendy's! I love your chili with the "Hot Chili Seasoning"...mmmmmmmmm...

Food was delicious! Terry waited on us and he was great. He really made my 6 year old son happy. We will definitely be going back to this location many times. Not only for the food but the great service.

Jordan in the drive through was excellent!!!!! Every other fast place I’ve been too have not showed good service or even exceptional service. Jordan went a above and beyond and had the biggest smile!!!!!!!!!! Great experience I am definitely passing every restaurant to come here just because of him!!!!!!!

Go there every morning for a number 3 just the sandwich light on the cheese sauce. You know me, on the ebike. Extremely good looking and fast as heck on that bike! Yup that dude! Jkjk! Love the staff here, especially the Spanish female and male I speak to every morning, although I haven't seen homie in awhile..... Hope he didn't lose his job!!!

I stopped here and had a Baconator. It was extremely good. Prices from premium sandwiches can be a bit higher, but the quality is better then most fast food burger places.

Meal was perfect. Cold lettuce, hot burgers. Looked just like a commercial. Best ever!

Always very nice. The workers are always chill. The food is great, and I've only ever had a problem once during the several years I've been going.

I give them all 5 stars being there a older brother that works there I Think he’s part of Mangement that will take care of you if anything goes wrong great place to bring your kids to very clean and nice staff 💪🏾🤘🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I love this place because choosing amongst other restaurants like them, they don't compare to the quality of food offered for your eating pleasures!

Super fast service. Everything was fresh! When I asked for ketchup they gave me a ton, which I can always appreciate.

Love eating here. Food is always good. Drive through is quick and who doesn't like a Jr. Frosty.
