Dunkin'

Been here several times and have always had a great experience. Staff are always nice and try their hardest to deal with people who can't just get a coffee and donut and instead need a flavored drink with 15 ingredients prepared a special way. Have gotten a cold brew and donut each time and both are always fast and stellar.

Went to this new Dunkin’ location on opening day. Considering that they only opened a few days ago there isn’t much to say about this place (for now at least). The service so far seems to be ok and they may be having some teething problems as the staff get used to the place. One minor gripe is that the place is very cramped and the layout is not the most ideal.

If there is one thing I've learned trying places in Ann Arbor is never to trust some of these Google reviews. I don't know why people here seem to hate post certain places and rave about horrible others, but I hope this review can provide some clarity. As an East Coast native, I was very saddened to find no Dunkin' in Ann Arbor upon my move. When this location opened, I was excited, as spending 7+ on a tiny latte was not sustainable for a college student's budget among the other overpriced and underwhelming features of this city. This is your typical Dunkin' with friendly staff, and I have never had a bad experience with service, wait, food, or drink in the numerous times I have been. It is a rather small location, so when there is a rush, it does get cramped. However, they quickly turn out orders, and I have not waited any longer than any other coffee shop in the area. Also, I highly recommend getting the app. If you love Dunkin' or want something affordable, this is your place and ignore these 2 star reviews.

Everything was fine, to try and add a balance to all the negative reviews. Food was fresh and hot. The place was very clean. Convenient location and opens earlier than many others in the area for those that wake early.

There are a lot of negative reviews so I’m going to try and balance them out. If you want your food to be correct and fresh you’re going to have to download the Dunkin’ app and place a mobile order. The few times I ordered in person, my order was wrong every time. The app also usually has a promotion going on for different drinks, right now it’s $3 for every medium cold brew which is much cheaper than any other shop in the area. You just have to use the app. I wouldn’t recommend anything other than the coffee or donuts, everything else I’ve tried like the breakfast wraps was awful. But if you stick to the basic coffee and donuts and order ahead you should have a good experience.

We came here Sunday when parking is free. Small corner store, good selection of donuts and good service. Great spot to stop when you’re in the area.

Doughnuts get 4 stars, but the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were bad especially compared to other shops in the area. Dry, cold bacon egg and cheese.

$7 for a large matcha latte that's mostly ice and very little liquid (and the liquid is not filled to the top; it's about 1" from the top). Every size of the matcha latte is $1.30 more than my other Dunkin in a different city. When you have the option to go to a local coffee shop within walking distance (and pay significantly less for your drink), you should take it. I tried Dunkin several times as I was excited for them to open, but that excitement is gone now.

I have never been to a Dunkin with more incompetent workers in my life. Six workers standing around doing nothing, one on his cell phone, and none could figure out how to complete a basic order. Embarrassing.

Usually I love Dunkin but my experience today was not good. My latte is mostly milk and I was overcharged for flavor pumps. Won’t be returning.

Didn’t think it could get worse than the ypsi location but it’s 100x worse. Every drink we have ordered here has been subpar, service has been strange and unusual at best. Save yourself the disappointment and the money and shop at Hyperion or Roos roast instead.

I have been here twice; first experience was bad but I decided to give them another chance. My plain bagel bites were cold both times. My coffee and the service also were not good. I’ll stick to the Dunkin in Ypsi.

Why would you ever go here when Roos Roast, Cinnaholic, Hyperion, Sweetwaters, etc. are just down the street? The coffee and donut I had tasted mass produced and the employees didn't seem to be trained well enough to do their jobs. Please, please support the local businesses instead of this one. Roos Roast is just a 20 second walk and they're so much better in every way (and they actively give back to the community, unlike the uncaring corporate monolith that is Dunkin Donuts).

Donuts were sub-par. One of the workers kept harassing my children and I regarding our lions and tigers' apperal. Kept saying we shouldn't wear that, teams are trash, etc.
