Caribou Coffee

I almost always mobile order because Caribou is awesome with the oat milk deal on mobile orders. This location always has my drink ready before I arrive and made perfectly.

Always look forward to coming here every time I come up north. Far better, in my opinion, than Star Bucks. Like this location!

Review: Love this Caribou! I often stop here after picking up bagels next store. The baristas are always great and when I do mobile orders, my drink is always sitting and waiting for me. Never had an issue at this location.

The employees are always very friendly, upbeat. Easy to talk too!! Plus the coffee is awesome and great tasting too

Friendly staff. I appreciate that the staff introduction sheets on the wall include each staff member's preferred pronouns: it feels welcoming.

My all time favorite location ever. My family even my 7 year old ( who loves the hot chocolate and cider) loves this location.
Its clean, quite and cozy. If they make a mistake they own it. The staff their is very engaging and they are knowledgeable.. love them

New Years Day 2022: they are open until noon yet apologize for the inconvenience - that's nice of them. CASHIER was EXPERICED, BRIGHT and EFFICIENT. That's awesome of them.

My drink was ready in about 90 seconds - that's REMARKABLE. The barista was firing on all cylinders.

Visited yesterday for my birthday drink, and I was standing waiting for my mobile order. It was maybe a couple minutes, and then I started wondering if I hadn't gone to the wrong place, and pulled up the app again, when one of the baristas asked what I was waiting for. I said the drink, and then noticed that the address on my order was not this location. I told her, oh no, I think I went to the wrong place. She told me, don't worry about it, we'll make your drink!

This is great customer service: she observed a need and then met that need with no prompting or self benefit. Thank you for a great birthday experience!

Ordered on the app, to Violet matcha lattes, they were ready and labeled for me when I got there. They are delicious!

The staff is always friendly and efficient! Love going early and having a coffee and mini sandwici while reading a book

I haven't tried the food here yet, but the service was great and the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming.

It's always a good thing to have someone make coffee for me. And the best coffee too. And a great place to get gift card for the mailperson and anyone else that does something mice for you. Keep up the great job.

I am treated so nicely here. I order here quite regularly since it is close to my work and take advantage of the pick up order feature on their app since there is no drive thru. It is normally busy when I come in so I love walking in, seeing my coffee waiting for me and walking right out. Staff are so amazing here!

Great staff and very efficient. The choice is always between this Caribou and the Starbucks down the street. I always choose Caribou because the staff are more friendly and customer focused. Not to mention you'll get your coffee/food much quicker.

Best Caribou in the area in my opinion. I started going to this location because it is most convenient for me on my way to work. Now, even on the weekends when it is not the closest location to my house I still go here. Service is amazingly fast even when there is a line (I've witnessed lots of other locations that don't seem to be able to handle busy times). Staff are friendly and other customers are pleasant. There is a neighborhood feel to this location.

One of my favorite spots to meet clients for coffee. Between Caribou and Brueggers you are sure to find a spot and it’s a great location for meeting people coming from north of the river.
