I did my best to (unintentionally) cause these poor folks a major headache with my shipment of things that I mega pre-wrapped in protective plastic. Despite having to cut through and open it all to inspect it and then put it all back together, they were so patient and helpful. All on a hot day too! Special thanks to Stephanie for her kindness and organized paperworking. Tip for anyone: call ahead to be sure you’re following protocol for your shipment before you go to drop off. Stations may operate uniquely and that info is not all listed on the Delta website. Mahalo to the cargo team for your hard work!

My flight was cancel.
The counter gentleman help me to book on a different airline.
This was Thursday 20 around 130 pm.

Terrible shipping experience. They opened every box and pulled everything out that was carefully wrapped and packed. Then they just shoved it all back in the box with no care at all. Never knew I could feel more violated than going through TSA.
