Brought my very expensive throw blanket here it was my first time having anything dry cleaned ever but the process was smooth. It was done earlier than expected and pick up was smooth !

I took a couple articles of clothing here to be dry cleaned and the service could not be better. I needed them quickly for a work trip and the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and made sure I had them in time. Julian's Dry Cleaners is definitely my top choice!

The friendly service provided by Elisha at drop off was outstanding. I really found the texting alerting me that my order was ready for pickup to be very helpful. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the dry cleaning was excellent. This was the best dry cleaning service that I have ever experienced. Julian’s just became my dry cleaning service going forward. I only wished I had discovered them sooner.

New to Rochester took my items to Julian's and their service blew me away! Staff was super friendly/helpful on drop off and pickup, I received text messages when items were ready, will be back again.

I received mobile alerts on the completion of the dry cleaning and friendly reminders when I did not pick it up on time. My wool P-coat was clean and the price was affordable. This Julian's location is conveniently located in Loemanns Plaza ( may be spelled wrong) near Tops, Citizens bank, Post Office and other places I do business with. Parking is never a problem since it's a plaza and I am in and out of the cleaners in 5 min or less. The service is good...my suits have always been ready even earlier than expected. I can also notice how much cleaner they look. (I have used other cleaning services and still had the same collar marks and spots still on the suits after picking them up). I will be a regular customer

They are very affordable and turn around time was just one week! Very friendly when I took my comforter in. It's an old comforter with many stains which are years old. I told them I did not expect them to get them out on account of their age, but miraculously they did get some of them out! Definitely doing business with them again!

Yes, the place is extremely friendly awesome atmosphere and very timely. I told them I had a funeral on Friday. I came in on a Tuesday and my laundry was done on a Thursday. Bravo Julian’s Cleaners I will be back 🤗🤙🏼🙏🏼

I had a zipper tab fall off of my favorite bag, so I took it to Julian’s on S Clinton. They took care of it and did a terrific job with the repair. I used to live near the Blossom Road store, and they always did a great job with my dry cleaning. I also like their customer service. Overall they get highest marks from me. They’re a good business and I love that they are local!

Quick and easy drop off and pick up. The employees were lovely. I had two dresses dry cleaned. Prices seemed comparable to others. I appreciated getting text notifications!

They were very professional and fast with my order! My clothes looked great! They got out all the stains! Very friendly staff and I love kind people! Makes the day go by smoother!

I discovered that they have a location not far from work so I'll be utilizing their services in the future. My window treatments (drapes) came out fantastic and I have 2 dogs that stick their dirty faces in between them to look out the window..lol the best part is they gave me a half off coupon to use as a new customer! 100% satisfied :) Thank you Julian's

I had my comforter cleaned and they were efficient and easy to contact. Was able to both drop off and pick up on my lunch break- super easy! The text messages alerting me that my item was ready helped me to plan out my week.

Before 2020 I had a preferred cleaner but they closed. I tried a few cleaners and have a new preferred cleaner. This location is convenient for me but all of Julian's have great service, helpful technology, and reliable completion times. I'll be returning regularly for a long time.

This is the only place I trust my hand quilted quilt to be cleaned. I’ve never been disappointed with the dry cleaning and care given to my quilts. Kudos to Julian’s!

Had a couple of suits dry cleaned for a wedding coming up. They were friendly and professional, the turn around time was great, and they even use a text-notification service to let me know when my items were finished, which I find nice.

Had a suit jacket and pants dry cleaned. They look clean, wrinkle-free, and vibrant! Dropped off on a Friday, promised by Wednesday, but picked up early on Tuesday. Very courteous and friendly staff.
