Pool & Spa Xpress

This place is great!! I went in first time yesterday and they had great customer service. I asked many questions and I was greatly pleased with the answers I received. The explained everything to me in great length (which I greatly appreciated). Was told if I had any other questions not to hesitate to stop in again or call. I will definitely be getting them to do my pool services here on out!!!

Pool and Spa Express is my go to place for all my pool supplies. Anything I need they have it or can get it. When ever I have a problem with my pump or just cloudy water Regina and Kevin can figure out exactly what to do to clear thing up. I’m so glad that Pool and Spa Xpress is in White Settlement. And so close to me.

Me and my family have been using this company for years and they always give us great advice our pool stays crystal clear, but if we ever do have any issues come up they know just what to do. We won’t go anywhere else. Thank you PSX staff.

I have received excellent service with my pool. What I like best is that they identify things when they wear out and need repair (like a pool sweep) and if you authorize the repair they repair the item on the spot or if they need parts, they repair it back in their shop and return the equipment and reinstall it. Their repairs aren’t frequent because they don’t try to gain extra by identifying things that don’t need to be addressed and when they do fix something, their charges are very reasonable, usually only the parts cost. I have recommended them for years and will continue to recommend them.

I purchased a home with a pool a year ago and have since discovered the pool had a plethora of problems that were overwhelmingly stressful. I immediately sought out guidance and help from Pool and Spa Xpress and even before I became a regular customer, the owners, Regina and Kevin, were by my side helping me every way they possibly could.

I signed a pool maintenance contract with this company in June of this year and, ever since then, their service has been simply invaluable. When my pool water turned from a crystal blue to a swampy green and I had no idea why, Regina and Kevin got it back to normal. There were two leaks in my pool that I was unaware of when I bought the house and Regina pointed me in the direction of a reliable company that could assist me. There's more. When the pool pump stopped working correctly, Regina discovered the problem quickly and provided me with a solution. Kevin walked me through the steps to take the pump apart over the phone and when I brought the pieces to the store, they installed the new pieces for me. There's still more. The timer that activates and deactivates the pump was not correctly set to the times I wanted and Regina fixed it and showed me how to adjust in case it happens again.

Kevin and Regina have been a lifesaver through and through. They're extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and have your best interest as their top priority. I'd be drowning if I had not become a loyal customer.

I just wanted to say thank you to Pool & Spa Xpress for their continuous efforts on taking care of our swimming pool. These guys know what they are doing, they are friendly and very knowledgeable and since I’ve been on their service I do not really worry about my pool and if I have a issue than they are on it getting it taken care of . I am glad I got in their weekly maintenance service 2 years ago and I usually have taken care of it myself for years Until I had back surgery and tried another service before Pool & Spa Xpress and it was a nightmare, never knew when they was there. pool was not staying clear it was just awful finally let them go tried to take care of it again myself and it was just becoming to much so went into Pool & Spa Xpress talked with Kevin there he help get my pool back into shape with in a few days and I asked if they provided a type of maintenance he said yes they do and I signed up immediately and have never regretted it since. So I recommend this company highly they

I have been using Pool and Spa Express since 2006. I was referred there by an existing customer. I explained to the owner Kevin that I needed to be educated on how to maintain a pool since I purchased a house with a pool. Kevin and Regena have been patient and very helpful with me on my pool experiences. I was having a filter issue this week and went in to inquire about purchasing a new one. Kevin asked what was the symptoms and I then explained the problems. Then without any hesitation he said bring up grids and let’s examine them to make sure they are not damaged. I did one better I brought the whole filter up to the store, Kevin and Regena both inspected the entire filter. They found damage to the manifold and some o rings. They rebuilt the filter and explained what they were doing in the process. They told me to try it and if I had any problems contact them and we’ll get it figured out. The owners could have sold me a new filter, this was my original solution to my problem when I went into the store. This would have cost around $1,000 for a new filter. I got the filter home and is working like a champ and it only cost me $155.00 for parts. I tried to give extra money for taking the time with great customer service for showing me and rebuilding the filter. They would not take it and just asked for a review. I should have completed this review years ago. I have several examples like these over the years with the owners. Keep up the great job!

I started shopping with this company in may of this year and the customer service is great , the freeze took out my equipment and turned my pool very ugly in a short time but went to this pool store with my issues my pool has been looking good ever since the freeze. These guys came out and got my pool back and looking great . Highly recommend them !

I came to this location with issues and Kevin got my pool back to clean and clear in 48hrs.
A week later I signed up for weekly pool service and things have been great every sense. I highly recommend this company for service if you are in the market.

Husband & wife dynamic duo! I enjoy going here for all my hot tub & pool needs. Kevin & Regina are extremely nice people, along with being very helpful & knowledgeable. If I have a question & needed an answer they are the go to people in this field. If they don't know the answer they will do the research for a customer. I go in there just to say hello because they are just that nice!!!

In my opinion this is the only local pool store that will not sell you chemicals for your pool that you don't need! The owners are kind, very knowledgeable and honest. I learn something new every time I visit. I would highly recommend visiting them for any pool maintenance needs!

These guys are excellent at what they do , great customer service , great pool service they always take care of my pool . Issue pops up they take care of it . I highly recommend to anyone with a pool .
