No crowds, great deals, I hope that these guys get more people in here soon. We may loose this good store.

Alesha that works in the retail was such a help in finding me my right shoe, i was in desperate need of a heel and there was only 1 pair of my size left and it was no where to be found, she took the time to go look and find it for me. She was absolutely the best! 10/10 for the whole staff.

The store is still available for the public. That's good enough for me ☺ There's alot of clothes on sale right now because of Covid-19. The mall I go to is currently a ghost town 👻 so it's pretty good to shop there.

Great selection. I’ve been going crazy looking for a white long sleeve button up for my fiancé and I came here and found a shirt! They have SO many sizes. This is so far the only store I have gone to that had almost every size. And it was on sale too! From $40 to $29.99!

The manager and the younger lady were extremely helpful and patient during the exchange process. I appreciate their assistance on Dec. 17th.

I love JCPenny’s for men but not sot happy anymore. I came back to see if they brought the men’s Stafford pocket T-Shirts back yet I miss them a lot the other brand they carry are junk, cheap to thin and don’t fit or wear like Stafford brand every man and my dad agrees every guy I work with agrees foundry brand is good but cost more. They really need to bring back the colors of the pocket t-shirts

This particular day I had a GREAT experience at JCPenney. While I did go in looking for some dress shoes for an upcoming trip and didn't find any I liked, since I have several months before my trip and I was spending a gift card, I looked through the jewelry section. I found the clearance jewelry and was pleasantly surprised when my selections rang up way less than the clearance sticker. I got a third necklace/earrings set and still have money on my gift card. :)

I love JCPenney. I always find good quality items at affordable prices.

It was my first time going there i went to go look around the store it is nice i buy this nice jacket to wear for a birthday party the lady was nice to help and check me out i just want to say thank you for telling me about the rewards i was interested in it today i went to buy boots

At first I couldn't find the curbside pickup location and parked in the wrong spot. When I did find where I needed to go, only one of the two items I ordered was brought out to me. The associate was very patient and helpful and went back to find the rest of the order. Everything was perfect in the end and I love my bath towels.

The customer service was very good. Also, I was surprised at the register when my comforter set rang up much cheaper than the regular price! There was a great SALE going on.
The store itself was very clean & well kept.

Took several products back with ease. Nice. Thank you employees for making my returns a very nice experience.

Absolutely amazing clearance sales. We saved over $400, and didn't even pay close to that. There are so many items that are over 70 and 80% off! I will be going back soon to see what other deals they have!

Always great sales. Went in to purchase a few suits, dress shirts, and ties. I was expecting to spend about $1800.00. To my surprise we only ended up paying $679.76 with discounts. Everything was marked down between 50 - 60% off.

I absolutely love this store. I forget about it most of the time but when I make my way to that side of town, I remember and go in. Great sales! I love the shampoo sales, the cleanliness of the store and the customer service, no matter what register you go to, the employees seem to love there job!

I enjoyed shopping at this location. They had a nice selection of Liz Coordinates. Staff are friendly and helpful.
