The staff was nice and helpful. The store was stocked full of items . I found what I was looking for and more . While checking out I was given some invaluable advice from seasoned professionals. I will definitely be back , and I will be shopping on their website as well . It’s definitely the place to shop.

Stopped in to look at helmets and intercom systems. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. Picked up new helmets and a pair of Sena headsets. They got us set up and back on the road fast.

The employee was amazing. He saw the helmet my son was looking at and knew it was the wrong size. He got my sons attention and told him to try this one on (same helmet but different size) and it was the correct size. I always receive great help when I shop here.

Pretty cool place to get gear. The guys that work there are cool and are very helpful when I had questions. They are very knowledgeable and can recommend just about anything you need. I’ve bought 3 helmets from them and gear.

Friendly, non pushy salesman. Helped me look for the style helmet I was looking for for my son. Went above and beyond by looking up prices and brought me a ln excellent selection we had not seen that I ultimately purchased. A nice clear out O'Neil MX style helmet great price.

Cycle Gear has always been my go to for anything I am looking for. Have purchased small and large items through the years. Staff is always helpful and greets you as soon as you walk in. Nathan helped me last time. He was friendly over the phone and took me straight to the item when I arrived.

Excellent customer service and selection. They were very helpful and patient in my selecting a helmet. They didn't have my size in stock but we placed the order on Friday and my new helmet arrived on Sunday! And that's with regular shipping!! I recommend them to every rider out there. I'll definitely be returning for more gear and accessories.

I was at the Fort Worth location yesterday as a helmet I had ordered online was too large. The gentleman helping me walked me through the process of selecting the right helmet for my needs. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He even installed the Bluetooth system and new visor on my new helmet. He helped me with the online credit and new transaction. Great experience!
