I had a great experience here. Gus took my order and made sure everything was correct. He went out his way to give great service. He made sure I had condiments and asked if I needed plates. This is not the first time I have gotten great service here. I live right in the neighborhood and so happy that this awesome, courteous, and great food is not far. Thanks Gus!

Zing wings! If you haven't tried these with the zing sauce, get your life. We eat these weekly and add the catfish at times. They have a little kick, but the chrisp and flavor are unmatched. I eat these more than wingstop! The mac n cheese and green beans are good with them. The staff is nice, but they are always rushed from being behind on orders. Solid food though, and I would recommend.

The food is pretty good. However, the reason I’m giving a bad score is that every single time I ordered online there is no tartar sauce, or any kind of sauce or salad dressing it is never in the bag, I mean never.!!!! Also catfish are really tiny fillets and expensive for what you get.

Yoooooo!!! I’ve been going to Golden Chick for YEARS! This BY FAR is the BEST Golden Chick I have EVER had!!!!! Melissa, the manager, she is super sweet and you can tell that she really cares about the quality of the food. I ordered a 3 piece spicy combo with gravy, fries and dirty rice. ALL of the food was 100% FRESH, tender, served WARM, and the bread was nice and soft. I am AMAZED by the quality of this food and it was just 1 hour before they closed!!! I literally had to go back and get more dirty rice because I was too full to get another meal, but I just had to get SOMETHING and let them know how blown away I was at the quality of food. A BIG KUDOS to Melissa, her team, and the promise that she keeps to ensure the customers are satisfied and are delivered quality service and FRESH food no matter what time it is.

We came here a little early to get some lunch after our basketball game. I'd like to recognize this location in how great we were treated. It's understandable when you first show up that there is going to be wait time
The manager Dena went above and beyond in accommodating us while we waited. Also Skylar and Kyrein were awesome. This is one of the best golden chick locations in the area. It's very clean, and I think great staff makes all the difference!

Loved this golden chick!!!! I believe her name was caryme she was very nice and very efficient! Best service by far! Even though she was going back and forth she still gave me an excellent experience at Thai golden chick.

Two meals and two differences! I just left a Golden Chick in Hurst, to the one in Saginaw. I was so bothered that I received a 3 PC (1 PC might have been eaten on the way in between) FRIED, after asking for Golden Roast. Well I purchased a 3pc from Saginaw Golden Chick, newer establishment, and TITO the manager went above and beyond customer service expectations. Seriously visit his store cause he really takes care of the customer and makes sure you leave happy!!!!!! Thanks Tito!!!!! Super fast service as well.

The food was fresh, hot and crispy. They reminded me of the old honey bbq kfc wings. The roll was soft and fluffy. There wasn’t a long wait either.

One of the better golden chicks for sure, im in the nrh area and i go out of my way to come here cause the 3 around me are awful and i always have a bad experience.

I have eaten at this location twice and they are a rise above alot of other Golden Chick in other towns. Their detail on quality. The gravy has a better flavor, I don't know what they do but keep it up, it is great to dip your tenders in.

I like Golden Chick. The bread is so good. We love the corn nuggets and of course the chicken. This location is really good. We noticed that there were a lot of pick up orders and the drive thru was busy.

I always get the kids meal, which is the perfect size meal for me. The regular adult meals, I can actually split into two meals. They also have the best rolls and I always buy extra.

I do not live in this area but was passing through. I have never had Golden Chick so I decided to try it out. The food was amazing! Our food was hot and fresh. We did order tenders and the ones we received where pretty large. They were not dry but very flavorful. The zesty dipping sauce was just the right amount of heat. The employee were really nice. I will definitely return

Hot and crispy fried chicken is one of life's simple pleasures. Golden Chick delivers every time. After catching the " need chicken" envie at the state fair we stopped here to pick up dinner. We ordered chicken tenders, chicken, wicked wings, cole slaw, corn nuggets, and catfish. All were fresh, hot, and tasty. The person at the counter told us that the nuggets and wings didn't look " fresh enough" so he dropped fresh ones for us. This is the way customers should be treated.
The catfish was a mild surprise, delicious, moist and crispy. The tenders were flavorful and crunchy. The wicked wings were spicy, but not too spicy and the corn nuggets, golden, creamy, and perfect.

Every Friday night my husband and myself drive 25 minutes to come eat at this location. We always receive good food and good service. Sometimes they are very busy but the team really handles it well. Thank you for being the best Golden Chick we have been to.

The food was so delicious and the staff was amazing!!! I actually played the little coin machine and won a clucky plush 🥹. I love the corn nuggets!

Can I just say how excited I was when this location opened? To have zing sauce so close? ;) I have been so impressed by the friendly service crew they have here, but want to point out two people in particular. I went in and ordered my regular, which includes well-done fries (I highly recommend), but due to employees being a little short, my order got a little mixed up. I let them know, and, thereby, ended up meeting Dina (sp?), the manager. She was so attentive and desirous to fix it, and it just impressed me even more with this locale. Skylar, the employee that helped me seemed as anxious as Dina to make me smile - she was incredibly kind and happy to help, a great employee and a credit to management. Thanks y'all!

I had a problem with my order and the manager Tito made it right. He was awesome! They re made my order with fresh cooked fish. The fish was amazing. Seasoned well and the fried okra was awesome as well. I will be returning. This is my new spot. Did I mention the rolls? They are delicious. Next I'm going to try the chicken salad.

Had a really good experience. The girl at the window was very pleasant and polite. I got what I ordered, and the food was really good!
