Went through drive-thru. Order was exactly correct (I ordered for 5 people so that's a feat), hot, and they absolutely hooked up the hot sauce like we asked. Well done.

Update 03/17/22. Now under new management. They are rockstars! Friendly staff and food is always on point. Excellent work turning the place around.

Update 01/08/21. This place has gone completely to trash. 30 minutes for 6 tacos. They are constantly understaffed, constantly out of food and can't get orders right. Have been out of sauce packets the last two times I visited. Drive thru is horrible.

Me and my husband ate inside the store yesterday for the first time in a long time (we usually go through the drive thru) but today we wanted to enjoy it inside and let me tell you it was so good! The food came out so hot and fresh and the whole staff were so friendly! They even brought our food to our table for us.

Whenever we get food through the drive thru it’s lukewarm and we get skimped out on the toppings but when we came inside today and ordered the nachos and crunchy tacos, it had the perfect amount of toppings! The store was also very clean! 10/10 recommend eating inside for a better experience!

Went through the drive-through. My order was correct, and they gave me more than the number of hot sauce packets I asked for.
I've bought a ring and im asking the clerk to marry me.
She can live with me in my convertible and I promise her a shower at least 2 days a week when I go to the car wash.

We have been up and down Saginaw Boulevard's fast food scene waaay more than I care to admit and Taco Bell consistently has the best customer service, food quality, and least number of errors. Even tonight at 9 PM, the workers had a positive tone, worked efficiently, and nailed the order (and it was very busy too).
The manager here is doing something right! After one year living here I would definitely say that if you are hungry for fast food and are looking around Saginaw Boulevard, prioritize this Taco Bell!

Truth be told my wife and I were heading to McDonalds to get the new adult happy meals, but they were sold out. We decided to go to Taco Bell instead. The line was not long, even on a Saturday night at peak dinner time. Our order was a little complex, but everything was correct when we got home. I would give an extra star if I could because when asked how much fire sauce we wanted, we told them "as much as you are allowed to give". We came home with an ample supply of fire sauce. My wife and I have lived in this are just over 2 years and have found that this is the most consistent fast food option in this area. Great job and thanks for the fire sauce.

Update: Taco Bell has fixed its long drive time and order mess ups tremendously. Thank you for this, Taco Bell in Saginaw.

Was here at 10 at night and waited in the drive-through for 35 mins just to be able to order. Come on, Taco Bell, get it together! I could get food faster at a restaurant. This is ridiculous.

Ngl they hook me up when it's late at night but I never dine in

High quality of service with attention to detail. I have never had an inaccurate order, and they always give the right quantity of the sauce I ask for. I have been there a number of times over the last couple of years, and honestly this is the best Taco Bell I have visited. Long drive thru lines are worth the wait since orders are accurate, generous, and good every time.

I like to come here a couple times a year and I'm always content with food, quality and service. This last time, my order was mixed with someone else's and the servers quickly remade my food with no complaint.

Definitely a very friendly atmosphere and very friendly environment 😊.

They messed up my order the other day in the drive thru and I didn't notice until I got home. I called this location and explained what I had been missing, sure enough they apologized and told me the next time I came in my next order was on them ! Of course I returned because I love taco bell and they really did keep their word, they made sure that I felt appreciated as a costumer. It was very professional and Sarah the manager was so sincere! Great job Sarah!!

The crew at this TB on this night correctly prepared my order (never a given) and the food presentation even looked the part. Upon unwrapping my food, I noticed fuller tacos, with recognizable mounds of cheese. The tacos were really good!

It was late, I was hungry. They exceeded expectations. That’s as good as can be asked.
