So easy to find stuff here. To be fair I usually just buy the same pair of Kelly and Katie heels in different color variations, but I love that there are affordable and high end options here. Easy to use promo codes and order anything online if the physical store runs out of anything.

Not long of a wait, went in picked up, tried on and I was on my way. The shoes fit perfect!

I came in today with my nana to do as return and hopefully fine her a pair of shoes. Matt was really helpful to her and listened to what she was looking didn't find anything for her though. I was looking for platforms to wear with bellbotoms that I have I'm 5'4 these are perfect I did size done I'm a size 8 but I was walking out of them so I tried a 7m and bought those overall really great service.

I was in the store today for my first time. I purchased three pairs of shoes and joined the DSW Rewards Program. There was a man organizing the store that kindly took my things to the register, he could have been the manager. He was very positive. At the register there was a beautiful woman, inside and out, with the prettiest braids. She was so kind. What an excellent store! They were very organized and delightfully helpful. They both engaged in small talk. Thank you DSW Woodfield Mall.

I remember the first time I went to DSW , I was amazed at the amount and variety of shoes they have. You enter the store and it's shoes , shoes every where.

In this location, men, women and kids sections. Variety of brands at a reasonable price, you also get the occasional coupon from their site. The clearance section is by size at the very back of the store and is color coded.

Outstanding selection and customer service that exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend that you have Svetlana assist you. She listens intently and is absolutely amazing in her product knowledge both for stocking items and special order items. She is a pleasure to work with and will help you find exactly what you're looking for. Five stars!

I called in looking for a boot I purchased years ago on cyber Monday so I called & spoke with Nicola. She went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. All over the phone. I did call a shoe store before DSW & they were quick to tell me they don’t have what I’m looking for in store so they couldn’t help. Nicola helped me find what I was looking for, no questions. Great customer service.

All I can say is Matt is the best manager I’ve ever encountered at a DSW. He’s very upbeat and helpful! I hope some of the other employees will pick up on great energy.

There was a miscommunication regarding the boots I had placed on hold and basically they were nowhere in store even though the site said they were in stock. Liz helped me out and she was amazing and so sweet and took care of everything and apologized on behalf of DSW. That effort really made a difference and I appreciate her ability to handle a less then fun situation with grace! Thanks again Liz !

I love DSW they always have a great selection of casual shoes, athletic shoes and dress shoes. I signed up online and joined their loyalty program so I always get a lot of coupons to use on top of their already reasonable prices. DSW is usually my first stop if I’m shopping for a pair of shoes.

This is the place I come to get wide width shoes. Because their selection is so large, they manage to stock more wide shoes than anyplace around. They have directional marking on the floor and have social distancing markers throughout the store.

First time shopping at DSW. My experience was great! Management & staff are friendly & helpful. Chris, the manager, was awesome! Got me all signed up receive $15 off coupon via email. Definitely will be coming back!

The store had a really nice selection of shoes. They were considerably less than other stores that I have visited and they were not last year's version. Honestly I surprised.
