Ashley Store

My wife and I had never visited Ashley furniture, so we stopped in to check it out. When we entered, we were greeted by Eddy, The first sales person we saw. Eddy was immediately very pleasant, non-pressuring and listened patiently to what we were looking for. He gave us directions around the store to help us locate our options and told us exactly where to find him if we had any questions. As we were hoping to look on our own and have our own discussions about exactly what we wanted, being left to do so with the availability of someone to answer any questions, was ideal. Eddy checked back with us at appropriate times and was readily available if we were seeking him. We left that day with some ideas. He gave us one of his cards and told us his hours that he would be available for us to return. We returned a few days later and immediately found Eddy to place all of our orders. He was amazingly accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Ashley and Eddy for a very calm and pleasant shopping experience in what can often be a high pressure field. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect piece for my home.

The quality of the furniture is great.The craftsmanship is excellent, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. The materials used are clearly of high quality, and the piece feels sturdy and built to last.

Ben was amazing! I was going to order online, he told me to scratch that, come into the store & gave me even better deals! He also found me & my fiancé the perfect pillows! Highly recommend Ben if you go!

The staff and Ron Castell the manager went way out of there way to make me happy!! They had a ton of patience and great advice. Ron himself carried out my tables and put them safely in my car.

Steven greeted us from the beginning and helped us through out our entire purchase. He made sure to give us all the measurements we needed. Even had to measure a few pieces himself. Great customer service

We needed a new bed bad. My wife is pregnant and my job is physical, so we were in desperate need for help. Instead of just a sales person, we got a doctor and a financial advisor who gave us the best care possible. We laid the whole time in comfort during the sale and everyone exceeded our expectations in delivering great customer service to us.

They had quality merchandise and a competitive price. To us what made the difference was Carlos Malone who is in management. Everything about him was first class and had it not been for him we would have bought our couches from another company.

Dave was helpful with our selection process of picking the right sofa for our new home. Informative, professional and offered great discount price which allowed us to purchase the sofa on the day of. Highly recommend and will be a repeating customer in the near future.

Ashley store at Schaumburg has a friendly environment. Jesus, the sales associate assisted me and my daughter in buying a bed. He is very knowledgeable in what he do. He walked us thru the store, and helped us find the perfect bed that we like. The whole process from selection of items thru closing the sale is flawless.

The furniture buying experience was a breeze! This is my first time buying furniture and the quality of Ashley furniture is perfect with tons of options. We were lucky enough to work with Carlos! He knows what he’s talking about. He was able to lay out all the different options for furniture and finances. He was so nice and made the process even easier with his character and knowledge. Highly recommend coming here and working with Carlos!

Zara was very patient and helpful with finding a sectional we want. We had brought our 2 kiddos, including a very antsy 3 year old boy. She provided our boy crayons and papers to keep him entertained a bit. She didnt need to do that but she was very understanding and patient. She helped us decide on the sectional that we both (my husband and I) would like. Gave us payment plan options to fit our budget. Thanks Zara! You're amazing 💗👏

I found Eddie and Ben to be extremely friendly and helpful! I especially liked that neither one was "pushy". I will definitely return in the new year for furniture.

Mike Giambrocono was great to work with. He showed me just what I needed and explained things in layman's (laylady's) terms and lightly suggested things I'd might want to add on. He split my delivery to accommodate my trip in early July that I appreciated greatly. He and Kyle were terrific. Thanks much guys!

Carlos was a big help and great to work with. He was very thorough with explaining things and very accommodating. After having a bad experience at the Algonquin store I wasn’t sure I would ever shop at Ashley again, but decided to give them once last chance at the Schaumburg location. Carlos was able to earn my business back and I will be sure to go back to him for the rest of my furniture needs.

Kelly was so nice I didn’t intend to buy any furniture. Just looking but I ask her for help and she was so kind and helpful and trustworthy. The staff works on commissions and she didn’t push to sell, I mentioned about pricing and she was gladly willing to help. So because she was great I did buy a sofa and I feel good about it. Thank you
