The knowledgeable staff and store manager made my shopping experience amazing. They took the time to explain BTU that would work for my bedroom space. I am the happiest man on earth right now, my room is cool. I definitely recommend 23rd Street PC Richard & Sons for electronics needs.

Ask for Myron. He's incredibly helpful and informative. Whenever possible I prefer to buy appliances in-store because seeing something in person, and being able to ask questions about it is always better. Myron answered all my questions. And he provided additional information about the items I was interested in. He really knows the products. The reason I shop at PC Richards is because of people like Myron. He made my shopping experience top notch. I've been enjoying both items I bought for about a couple of weeks now. I'm very happy with my purchases.

We were connected to Abdallah by the Sub Zero showroom. He was beyond helpful while we chose our appliances, even calling with tips about how to tell our contractor to prepare for installation. He made sure we had everything delivered on time and even worked on his day off to ensure a missing handle was ordered and shipped right away. We called him again when we needed to buy our TV and washer/dryer. He has made the experience so seamless. He’s always responsive when we have questions. We are very grateful to him and PC Richard.

John S. In Chelsea was the absolute best! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly as well. I came late on a Saturday night looking at mattresses and microwaves and he was able to assist me with both.

Elijah was most helpful extremely patient has excellent customer service skills and etiquette. He is also very knowledgeable and understands the consumer needs. As a special touch, he’ll leave you his business card so that you can have a touch point person for any future needs including service.

I have always had great experiences buying from this store. I woke up to find my air conditioner stopped working on an especially hot & humid day. I ordered a new one online before the store was open. As the store opened, I was notified that my unit was ready for pickup!!! I had the air conditioner installed before the day started heating up!!

I had a fantastic experience with their location on 23rd Street in Manhattan, working with Sal. I walked into the store, looking for a compete appliance upgrade, including refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Within about 20m, Sal showed me his top picks, outlining pros and cons of each. I had a great experience 2X with Matthew at the 23rd St Chelsea store. The first time I bought a Microwave Convection oven. He was so helpful. Last week we purchased a TV again with Matthew. I was extremely fortunate to enter PC Richard on 23rd Street in Manhattan and have Elijah attend to me right away.
