Panera Bread

It’s the first truly fall feeling/ brisk evening so I was craving the Panera staple ….tomato soup/Mac and cheese combo with a mini baguette on the side. It’s exactly what I needed tonight!
Honestly though, it was prepared and served to me by the charming Destiny. Nothing warmed me as much as her delightful smile, and gracious way about her. I was in service a very long time, at some of the chicest restaurants and trendiest night clubs in nyc. I worked with some of the best servers in the business but none had anything on ms destiny. Just a genuine personality that made me feel welcomed as if this was her home … I will come back for that vibe 100% thanks destiny I hope the Panera family values you. Everything was delicious🤗

people's feelings are not always the same and there are a lot of comments, only bad comments. Most of the bad comments come in, I hope they treat people equally, this is just a workplace, there are no perfect people. I like their service and most of the people who don't like it are sitting inside. The only place I like is Panera.

Amazing sit in, free wifi, better than all working cafes in the area, great food too

Overall no major complaints. It offers food that met expectations and has plenty of space for meetups of various sized groups. Can get chaotic on occasions especially if there is a lot of people.
Also on the rare chance you get bread that came straight out of the oven, that's how a day is made.

Amazing sandwiches and Great Soup. I had the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich with french onion soup in a bread bowl. So delicious. Great staff at the Hoboken location.

OMG! me and my friend came to Hoboken, NJ for the first time and we have no idea where to eat. From the ferry station we roamed around the area. We are about to eat at McDonald's when we saw this Italian restaurant Panera Bread and so we checked it out. We ordered their Duet Meals: Panera Duet meals and it tasted delicious and fresh....and their coffee tasted amazing as well. The lovely manager Joan took care of us and she was cheerful and her warm hospitality and generosity is incomparable. I rate this restaurant 100/10!!! We came all the way from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we did not regret a single moment visiting this place.

Had a really nice experience with manager Jones this morning. I had ordered muffins thinking it was scones and the manager gave us the scones in addition to the muffins. It was an incorrect order on my part but manager Jones went out of her way to create a nice experience for us!

The manager is fantastic; working with the associates out front. because it is busy and early. The manager knows people are off to work. Just a very clean and friendly store. Of course, their potato soup and other goodies are out of this world!! You won't regret a visit to this Panera store in Hoboken.!!!!! Thanks for the great service experience.

Been going to this location for years. It's always been tidy, employees have been kind and helpful, and the french bread is lovely; along with the rest of their bakery stock presentation. I've yet to have a negative experience in any way at this panera.

Excellent customer service. was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. They replaced an order I had delivered and made a very nice thing by giving us sweet treats i was very pleased with there service.

I came to this Panera Bread location about a month ago and really enjoyed my experience. Clean and spacious. The food was great . I ordered a sweet onion and cheese steak sandwich with a cheese and broccoli soup with the bread and all . There is a big difference in quality when eating here and fast food restaurant . I choose Panera Bread ! and when I signed up for a Panera Bread reward card , I got a free ( pastry) sweet ! It was starting to get a little busy when I was leaving. Saturday or Sunday afternoon around 3 pm. Great location ~ 5 stars ~

Good food. Reasonable prices. I cannot really comment on the quality of the service to folks who choose to use the registers, as I regularly use the mobile or online ordering, but my orders are usually ready at my requested times and fresh enough to eat right away. If you live or work in the downtown part of Hoboken, this is usually a good choice for a cup of coffee or quick bite to eat.

Food always fresh .I love chicken apple salad plus the teas

One of the more organized Panera spots near me. Food was fresh, service was simple. Would easily recommend the BBQ Chicken Salad. This location did not disappoint and would very likely return when I'm in the area. 👍🏼

I usually order for rapid pickup due to parking being tricky in the area. Food is always ready on schedule, nice and hot. Love the cheddar & broccoli soup... It's a must

Most franchised coffee shops seem to follow the fast food model of ushering as many customers in-and-out as possible. The employees at the Panera Bread on Washington, however, seem to defy this standard as they continually remember who I am, what my usual order is, and go that extra step to ensure my experience is a good one. Hanna, Danny, and the whole team are a friendly, warm group of people.

This week, I came in for a coffee on a freezing rainy day, and I noticed a kid in line ahead of me, looking through his pockets for enough money for a cup of soup. The girl at the register told him he was still a dollar short, so I gave the kid a buck. The manager on-duty noticed this and when she rang up my order, she informed me that my coffee was on her. When I questioned, she simply said, "pay it forward, right?"

I was truly touched.

With so many options on Washington Street alone, you can be sure this ambiance, friendliness, and consideration is what keeps me coming back to Panera bread.
