Maui Diagnostic Imaging

So easy to work with these people! my appointment was scheduled within 24 hours, when I arrived, I was called within five minutes, the staff is wonderful and very helpful since I couldn’t walk very well. However, the MRI device is incredibly noisy and so they put headphones on me, which was lovely but, the music on the headphones was almost too loud. I think it might’ve been better if I had just had silence.
I highly recommend this place, the staff and the services!

I was worried I was going to be so claustrophobic for my brain MRI! They made it easy for me. Let me go in and see how it feels before officially going back. Also got it done in 15 minutes. They were very nice and and encouraging. I could do it again here anytime if I had to!

Safe environment, staff are friendly and helpful. Technician was very polite and made me feel comfortable. Awesome experience, and the wait was 3 min. The on-line prep really help speed the process.

Jennifer was amazing. She was informative and efficient, but she didn’t rush me. She listened to my concerns, and answered my questions thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised by this visit. I’m not thrilled to be having to go through these diagnosis, life is scary; and Jennifer was a big help in the process.
Her kindness and information on how the process of imaging works, what it can show, etc etc. She is a wonderful associate and I hope the organization will show her some appreciation for her services

MDI has the nicest staff. They deal with people of all walks of life and they do a great job. Every year I go there and get a Mammogram and the Women are always so nice to me and very caring. They do an excellent job there. 🤙

Set up appointment yesterday for two procedures was here on time , got in and out swiftly x-ray technicians and front desk are always very nice and courteous and are very good at what they do. This is my favorite place on island for x-ray and ultrasound cat scan and mri. Best on the island it’s clean and comfortable, easy to get to. Mahalo Tom

Front desk staff were great. The Mammographer was very professional & highly skilled. We all should appreciate what they do on a daily basis.

It was quick and easy. The gals there we so nice. I probably spent more time filling out the paperwork. In at 3:15, walking out at 3:42

I have been coming here for X-rays, ultrasounds, and MRI's, for over 10 years and have always found the staff to be so kind, patient, and professional. The whole place is always clean, including the bathrooms. Results are timely. Only problem ive ever had is them not getting my doctor's faxed requests for tests and had to hand deliver.
Ultrasounds and MRI's and CT's are appointments , but X-rays are walk in Monday thru Friday. I highly recommend

My appointment was at 6pm for a MRI brain scan and they git me in early and it was with ease and a comforting front office greeting . So in early which was so nice they git me in without expectations and the technician was also a main factor to inspired me to remind myself u can do this for 15minutes because i had anxiety for a moment and really felt like leaving the table but i got my courage again after he really made me know i will be ok and i did it. I was so proud if myself and i left smiling inside to the outside.
My experience was exemplary .

I recently had a mammogram and the tech (sorry I’ve forgotten her name), was extremely nice and informative. I was brought in on time and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I’ve always had great customer service.

Chase (sp) tech did an outstanding job. Overall if you need MRI this place is great, clean, organized and took me in early.

Great experience start to finish. I had a ct and a mammogram back to back in under 30 minutes! The front desk staff and technicians are top notch. Thank you !

The staff were friendly and straight to the point I was in and out of there within a few minutes for my few x-rays that I needed. Whenever I need x-rays in the future I will definitely consider using Maui diagnostic imaging. Aloha 🌺
