Where do I begin… from the first time we walked into Greenleaf Diamonds (September 2019) and purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands, I have truly been impressed with the beauty and quality of their jewelry, and also the amazing customer service we receive. When my engagement ring and wedding bands were stolen two months later, Greenleaf not only went out of their way to create a new custom engagement ring for me, but they also were kind enough to do it at a reduced cost because I had not gotten the rings insured yet. In their eyes, I was part of their Greenleaf family and they genuinely wanted to take care of me. Fast forward to July 2024… we lost my wedding band while vacationing in Hawaii and I immediately called Greenleaf to tell them the sad news. Once again, Greenleaf to the rescue!!! All I had was a photo of the ring, but that’s all they needed to recreate the most important piece of jewelry I own. Seth was amazing and ensured that I would be satisfied with the ring, timeframe, and the price. I was absolutely blown away by the phenomenal service and true sense of empathy!

It is so devastating to be told by a friend that it looks like your multi-diamond ring is missing a diamond stone. You immediately look everywhere. In your car, in the house, at the beach, trying to think where it could have fallen out to no avail. We bought the ring almost a year ago from Greenleaf Diamonds, located on Maui at the Shops of Wailea. We decided to visit the store and were expecting there would be little that could be done except order another quality stone. We were amazed to find an owner and store that really loves taking care of its customers, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and stands behind the quality of their work and jewelry. Andre quickly assessed that one of the prongs was loose and likely caused the diamond to slip out. He took outstanding care of us! During our store visit, he did not have any diamonds in stock to match the diamond color of the other three stones and asked if we could leave the ring with him. What we thought would take weeks, he called us a few days later. We were blown away when Andre told us during a scheduled business trip to California, he visited several jewelry stores and was able to find the perfect replacement diamond stone that flawlessly matched the setting. He went above and beyond in his support by giving us a repair price that was significantly discounted by him to show he honestly wanted to make this right and to personally express how much he valued our continued patronage. This was the second time we have purchased jewelry from Greenleaf Diamonds. We will most definitely buy from them again. Check them out!!!

Michael at Greenleaf Diamonds was ao helpful and patient with my shopping for a ring on our vacation to Maui. The store has the most blue zircon I've ever seen, what a gorgeous display. Beautiful jewelry and uniquely crafted. My ring had to be sized and it was delivered as promised, before Thanksgiving. Even the box it came in was beautiful. Thank you Michael.

I highly recommend Greanleaf Diamonds not only because of their high quality, unique products, but more importantly their customer service during and after purchase. Shoutout to Seth who was extra helpful in store but biggest recognition to the owner, Andre, for guiding me through the process of a ring repair from out of country. He backed up his word 100% from beginning (ring purchased in 2018) to end when I needed a ring repaired and kept me informed and involved in the process every step of the way. I make a stop at Greenleaf everytime I visit Maui because the staff take such good care of my husband and I, so thankyou! 10/10 !!!

We had the BEST experience here! My husband and I walked in and wanted specific items. I wanted a gold band to stack with my wedding ring and he wanted a gold rope bracelet. The store didn’t have what we wanted but right away the owner told us to send him photos and explain exactly what we wanted and he’d have them custom made. We sent him all the info and in less than 48 hours our items were ready for pick up. Both looked better than we could have imagined. Very thankful for the owner and staff who helped bring our visions to life. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Maui!!!

Greenleaf Diamonds has been so instrumental to our love story. We first happened upon Greenleaf when in Maui checking out stores before a rain storm and ran inside and got to meet the owner Andre. He was so warm and welcoming and his jewelry was stunning. Sometimes when you’re looking for something special on a trip everything starts to look the same. Most stores seem to carry the same pieces and nothing stands out. Not true for Greenleaf I found several pieces that caught my eye that far surpassed anything I had seen on the island. Needless to say we left with a ring that is so special to us that my husband called Andre back up to ask him to customize matching earrings for a Valentine’s Day surprise that I’m just so in love with! He also worked with Andre to customize my beautiful engagement ring that I receive so many compliments on all the time. If you want something timeless unique and stunning Greenleaf Diamonds is your place.

Me and my wife stopped in the store during our visit to Maui. We were met by Amy who in a store full of diamonds was an absolute gem herself. She was extremely helpful and one of the nicest people you will meet on the island. So much so that we ended up returning again for another purchase. Not only was the service excellent but all of the jewelry in the store is beautiful. If you are looking for that next beautiful piece or just a friendly conversation while window shopping this is a lovely place to go!

There are so many positive things to say about Greenleaf Diamonds! Seth was there when I needed him the most. I was in maui on vacation with my girlfriend, all the way from St. Louis. Due to my poor planning, I had a very strict budget whenever I came in. When I communicated all of this to Seth, he was more than willing to go above and beyond to find something special for me. My situation was unique because it was mostly all last minute and I was very particular about what I was wanting. Seth was so patient, professional, and personable. He made it obvious that I was his biggest priority in that very moment.

I needed a ring that day that was the right size, style, color and everything! Seth made it a personal goal to find the perfect piece without breaking my budget. He was a HUGE part of our story. It literally couldn’t and wouldn’t have happened without him and his expertise. That very same night I proposed and of course she said YES! I mean… how could you not say yes to that ring! The owner of Greenleaf Jewelers, Andre and the store manager at the Lahaina store, Luis are so helpful and wonderful. Their jewelry selections are top notch, excellent quality, diverse and priced very fairly. My husband also had them customize an emerald pendant and I could not be happier; they did a perfect job on this! I highly recommend buying from Greenleaf and doing business with them!!

Very talented jewelers doing amazing custom pieces of “art” with high quality stones! My first piece was purchased in Hawaii and when I returned home to Nebraska, I am still purchasing jewelry from Greenleaf Diamonds and will continue as there is absolutely no better place in the country! My girlfriend and I came to Maui for vacation and I proposed. She said yes! Unfortunately though we agreed that we wanted a new setting and we definitely needed a resize. We went to Greenleaf and talked to Seth! He helped us find the perfect setting and get it resized. We were never upsold and he made us feel right at home. We had the most incredible experience on our vacation to Maui. We wandered into a jewelry store and met Pam who is working there and who is also a diamond setter, she was the most pleasant kindest person that we’ve met while on vacation she was very informative and such a pleasure to see that she didn’t treat us like tourists. Where do I begin! We first were drawn in by the beautiful display in the window and because of the excellent service from the knowledgeable staff we left with two new gorgeous pieces. A floating heart solitaire and a magnificent Tanzanite ring. We mentioned being in the market for solitaire earrings and Andre found exactly what we were hoping for that exceeded our expectations. Andre was in communication through the entire process and the earrings arrived quickly. We look forward to purchasing more jewelry in the future and are grateful to the ease of such a large transaction. It's important to have a jeweler we can trust and Andre does not disappoint!

Andre is a class act! Wow! We purchased 3 rings from Andre in Maui a few years back which was an amazing and fun experience! Andre is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs. The rings we chose do need to be serviced from time to time as they are all diamond eternity bands and the stones need to be re-pronged (secured) after a lot of wear and tear on my end. Andre helps get the rings shipped to him safely & securely and had my rings returned to me within a few days!! The rings looked brand new and absolutely gorgeous!! I love working with Andrea and will for years to come. Any jewelry we buy will come from Andre at Greenleaf!!
