I absolutely love this store! Tori and her team make me, and my dog feel so welcomed every time we visit the store! Whether it is for private dog training classes (which I highly recommend, Tori is beyond the nicest/most effective instructor I've ever had for my puppy) or just stopping by to look at their pet accessories I always know I'm walking into a clean and happy environment!!

Workers were helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of option, found everything I needed for my adult cat and kitten. I like the refillable litter. Generally, prices are cheaper than others I’ve seen.

I am pleased you still carry the Swheat kitty litter - it is the best. The selection of sizes seems to be down a bit - supplier issues? I hope it does not go away.
I also appreciate the help loading the bag into my car. Thank you.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. The lady who helped me and my pup Lucky found a harness that fit him properly and put it on him and showed me how to put ot on and remove it.

It was our first visit with our rescue dog who came from a hoarding situation. We gave a staff member a heads-up that she is not very socialized, and she helped us make sure that our Lulu and the other patrons were kept safe. In the end, Lulu had a great time , got lots of toys, treats and necessities, and our experience was terrific! I wish I had caught the name of the blonde lady that helped us (she also rang us up), but she made our visit great! Please thank her for us!

The store was very clean and orderly. It was well stocked and we were able to find everything we needed (plus a few things we didn't know we needed🤔) for the new four legged additon. The girl at the checkout was friendly and quick too.

Love this place. Took my service dog in training in...she was shy at first but then she actually started enjoying walking around. The staff were all very helpful too!!

Good experience today! My only complaints are lots of the fish were dead and there wasn't any large stainless steel cat litter boxes. My cashier was really good and understood what I needed.

The girls in the grooming department do an amazing job with my pup! He's 11 and absolutely loves them. They take very good care of him when he's there. It's the first time he gets excited going somewhere he knows the route lol

Staff helpful when I needed it and they let me browse around when I didn't. I got the cutest betta fish who is happy, curious and healthy. He loves his sponge bob pineapple. Here's a picture of him peeking at me. I got everything I needed.

We love puppy school with Tori. She’s knowledgeable, kind and very flexible. We got our pup groomed for the first time and they were so kind and gentle with her. I highly recommend petco for both services!

The staff is always there to help you find the answers. Grooming did a great job with my mixed breed. Plus got all my vaccines for half the price of a regular vet. Before and after grooming pictures.

Petco is an amazing place. Your one stop shop for everything animal. You can get your pet groomed by kind caring people. You can get anything and everything you want for your pet and find great deals too. People that work there are professional ki d and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this place.

Returned an item that didn't work when originally bought and had absolutely no problem what so ever doing it. The guy who helped me (didn't catch his name) was really nice and polite.

I got my daughter a fish here. The ladies that helped were very knowledgeable and helpful!

Found our 12 week puppy a mahomes jersey and some toys to chew on to keep him happy. Got to bring him in store to see what he liked...very happy he enjoyed seeing other puppies too!!! Unfortunately he has since passed away we miss you so much 💔 baby Pringle rip 11/15/2021

Normally I go to the Maize store as that is where I have had the best experiences in the past. Today I went to the Rock location and Billie took care of me. She was so kind and helpful! She made sure I got everything I needed and helped me learn more about the app! She made my experience today at Petco on Rock one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere! Y’all need to give Billie a raise or something of equal or greater value! She is truly a blessing to your team.
