I just had to write a review. You all made my baby girls 5th bday today. Thank you for the birthday wishes and personalized pup cup. This is why we love Starbucks. The customer service and friendly staff just is why we will be Starbucks customers for life. Thank you all, hope you all have the best day.

They couldn't break my big bill; obviously because they didn't have enough this morning (7/23/23, 8:30, window employee and manager) to give back in change. I was mortified with the entire scenario only to find out it would be remedied with a free coffee. We should all aim for this type of genial cooperation/cordial kindness. I never leave reviews, but you need to know you're awesome. 6 stars

Great but don’t ever get caught in a line here!

I spent about an hour working on my laptop at this location today and I absolutely loved the energy of the staff! Everyone working was friendly and having fun with their job! They gave great customer service to everyone who came through! It’s obvious that this is an awesome work environment filled with staff that love their jobs!

we have frequented pretty much every Starbucks in Wichita & this location is our favorite, we'll even go a few miles out of our way, bypassing 2 closer locations. this is the only location that seems to understand what "light ice" or "extra of this or that" means; other locations will add the upcharge, but then not follow through on your request & what they charged you for.

First and foremost when I am speaking I'm speaking about the Starbucks on 29th and Rock Road these guys are excellent and in particular I'm speaking about the morning crew I have had a few troubles with the staff after the morning but nothing to where it was just out of line just a few hiccups and not the best attitudes but the morning crew hands down they are the best I've seen and I appreciate you guys so so much thank you for making my mornings much better not only good tasting food and drinks but the small talk the great conversations the customer service and the speed of service I really appreciate it thank you so much

I go to Starbucks probably every two weeks
I 💕 Starbucks. I'm retired and sometimes I need to go there because it's a place that makes me happy....all the staff are so nice and I might say sweet. A sweet 🧁🎂 that makes you happy to be there, kind of like your with family...

Our barista today was absolutely fantastic! In fact when my husband and I pulled up she sang to us through the order board. JOY!!!!! Super awesome! Coffee was on point! STARBUCKS you rock! The souls you hire are the biggest blessing, make sure to spoil them any chance you get.

Love love love this place! The staff (most of them) are the best ever! Seriously, they are so amazing and friendly and laid back. They have patience with you when you're not sure what to order and if you try something new and don't like it all you have to do is tell them and they help you choose/customize a new drink with no problems. I am there once a week and they remember me and my favorites. Awesome, just awesome

One day, I admitted I'm a "Karen", with my coffee. Apologized, in advance. The sweet barista paid for my drink.

I wish I knew, who she was. Left a good tip. I appreciate people as kind as her. They deal with many, picky as I am. Thank you.

Iced white chocolate mocha = Heaven!

Batista was very helpful in suggestion a new flavor for my white chocolate mocha.

I feel the Northeast Rock Road Starbucks is the best Starbucks in Wichita they always have the most pleasant employees and the drinks are always too perfection other locations both in Wichita and in other cities have messed up the orders or don't quite get the taste just right but Northeast Rock Road in Wichita always gets it just right 👍

Baristas working really hard when customers can tell they are visibly short staffed. However food and drinks were really good, just had to wait a few extra minutes. Good job guys don’t get discouraged.

Definitely one of the busiest Starbucks in town, but worth the wait! The drive thru takes you at a 90° angle, so if you don't have great turning radius, swing wide! No matter how busy they get though, the order is always right, always quick, and always served with a smile (under the mask that is)!

Clean, friendly service. High paced coffee shop that doesn't falter during the busy rushes. The employees still work to get to know your name/recognize you when you come in and if you are enough of a regular they often will ask you if you are wanting your favorite drink. Great place to have a meeting, chat with friends, or study for a class.

I love all Starbucks but this one is my favorite. The employees are super friendly and the service is always fast. I stop by here almost everyday on my way to work. I love being able to grab something to drink and a bite to eat if I so choose. The remodel was so worth it and only added extra room inside. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. If there is anything you don't like about this or any Starbucks...it's obvious that it's not them and it's you..because they will bend over backwards (within reason) to make sure you have an awesome experience and love your coffee. So if you don't like it...problem is with you and not them. Sorry not sorry. Keep it up Starbucks, you rock!

P.S. Thanks for getting rid of the red dye 40...us people with allergies weren't able to have your raspberry syrup until now!

this is my favorite starbucks in Wichita, they always make the best drinks

Did not have food, just tea. I was last inside this location pre-pandemic. Then the floor was sticky, display case had smears all over, almost all surfaces needed wiping, and the whole place felt mucky overall. Today it felt I was walking into a whole new store. Wished I could have my tea there, but I had to get on.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks in the city and the line always moves quickly. The set up for the drive through is awkward to get to and to go through, but the staff does a great job at keeping the line short. The staff is also very friendly and great at recommending items.
