McDonald's is a fast food restaurant they serve with a smile and the people that serve are people who can multitask.
I love to go to McDonald's because the mocha and the caramel mocha coffee/latte remind me of my mom. We used to go and get a coffee every morning and talk in the early morning to start our day.

First fast food restaurant in a long time that hasn’t messed up my order somehow. Food was also better than normal.

McDonald’s has really stepped it up I don’t think they’ve gotten my order wrong once in over a year and I go pretty regularly, good crew!

Fast friendly and accurate. Every time. Once it was wrong and got a friendly manager who fixed it immediately

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have been in. The manager which I did not get her name was doing the dang thang 🤣. She was friendly with a smile 😁 very organized in the rush the time was switching to lunch. The food was fresh hot and good 😊. Definitely going back to this location

Honestly, we haven't been to McDonald's in quite a while ... several reasons really, but chief among these was that the food just didn't taste very good most of the time. The stores were aging and usually weren't kept up very well either.
So when my granddaughter said this was where she wanted to go, we couldn't say no, because this was a special night for her and we said "anywhere", so.....
To our surprise, our local store had been remodeled and was really very clean. The people were fast, efficient and very friendly - also a change from the previous - and the food was finally and again fresh and tasty.
Kudos to whoever initiated the reinvention of at least "our" local McD's !

Came here on my lunch break and got a 10pc nugget meal , fresh and delicious and didnt have to wait 😊

The staff is so amazing . Really fast and put the meaning of fast food into making business happy . Great for kids and even have what they need to play games by them selves or ran into the slogan

Of all the McDonald's locations on the East side of Wichita this location makes my iced coffee exactly as ordered...Large Iced Coffee, Cream, No Liquid Sugar. Many of the other locations end up remaking my order because they just can't stop themselves from adding the sugar. BTW... McDonald's makes a great iced coffee for a fraction of the price of other coffee shops.

Fast and accurate.

I only got a sweet tea with light ice at the drive thru. It was perfect. Just the right amount of ice to keep it cold throughout my drinking experience, but not so much that it displaced the available room for my tasty beverage. The tea itself was a perfect ratio of sugar to tea. I will definitely return again. Not simply because of my tea but because it's around my neighborhood and, it's just a McDonald's. Place to go if you want cheap sugar food.

Very clean. Food was typical McDonald's. Price was higher than I was expecting. But with everything rising. Play area was clean.

Great customer service with speedy drive through experience specially in the morning when a lot of people get breakfast. The line is rarely ever long. Orders are always correct and seem to be fresh. If they're not I definitely wouldn't notice the difference. Tha k You to all the staff at this location!

The team needs raises just got 10 sandwiches food was on point and food was quick no wait time

To all customers who are paying why don’t you stop being negative and mad about your own life and try being positive. I promise you when your not your food is made wrong on purpose

The young lady who helped us was awesome her personality sparked and she had awesome purple lipstick on! Also the food was fast and fresh they brought it to our table to us. The kids place was very clean also

Who doesn't love McDonalds?! Here is my advice: if you have just a few more minutes to wait, ask them to make your food fresh. You will thank me!

First off It's McDonald's, so I Don't eat it very often usually due to the poor quality, poor craftsmanship, or the fact they just sometimes don't give you the food that you order. That said my last visit was what makes fast food great. Got a fresh qt.pounder meal. The fries were fresh and crispy, the meat was spot on and actually made me take a moment to ask my self... Am I really at McDonald's? Yep, if they kept up this kind of quality and service I would eat here a lot more. Not sure if that would be good or bad, lol. Hope you had as good of a visit as I did.
