I found the staff to be very honest, knowledgeable and efficient with the repair. The overall atmosphere in the shop is positive and upbeat. The technician listened to what I had to say about the damage/issue with my phone and assured me that they would do everything they could to fix it. And fix it they did! My phone is as good as new. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you!!

When at the store the techs there have always been great to deal with. Knowledgeable, kind, patient. Even when they can't help they thoroughly explain the reasons why and help in any way they can. Great company all around

Fabulous experience. I can now understand why this place receives consistantly excellent reviews! David was exceptional. I didn't think my "dead" phone could be helped. I told David. He listened attentively and worked his magic with his knowledge and expertise! Not only was my data retrieved but he transferred everything over to a new phone i had with me. I entered the store with tears of sadness and left the store with tears of joy!!! Lesson learned though... see David first if you have any phone/tech issues. In my phone situation, I wouldn't have listened to my service provider and bought a new phone if I knew,at that time, to go to David first.

Problems with my laptop. Never felt I was pressured to make certain decision. Was quoted a fair price up front. Notified in a timely manner when replacement part was ready. And was able to leave it for same day service while I did some errands. Very satisfied and would recommend to friends. In fact I already have.

I have been there several times and am always waited on promptly. . Sometimes they service then and I wait or run an errand. He has kept a device overnight. He is just incredibly knowledgeable and up to date.

This an unexpected nd delightful experience. OMG. I wish that I had known before I purchased a new, inferior quality Samsung, that this shop replaced Samsung Galaxy batteries.
The Gentleman who helped me was Dave. He promised me to come back in 2 hours and my phone would be ready. And Dave kept his promise. After that he preformed his 👋 magic 🎩 and all my data that I had accumulated in 4 days on my "new" phone......mysteriously appeared on my old phone. I had service transferred back so there was no blah blah blahing on the phone with StraightTalk. That alone would have me kissing his feet. I'm 72 years old, and I try to "keep up" with some of the techie stuff, but Dave man, he really impressed me.

Everyone was very kind and friendly greeting us at the door, being very helpful and taking all the proper steps to change the screen on the phone. Making our experience great without being stressed. Very quick service, Thanks again!

David was manning the front desk when I arrived at the uBreakifix Shop in Brookfield CT. The 7 year old battery in my iPhone7 was failing. Badal, the Technician, replaced the battery within an hour. David later gave me great insight on the iPhone7 and advice on the iPhone 15 and forthcoming 16. Warning, new batteries are installed with less than a 5% charge. I gave it a quick 90 minute charge which brought it to 85%. I then joined a 100 minute Zoom video meeting, and the battery charge carried me through the call and had 17% charge remaining. My experience was fantastic. I dropped off my iPod Classic when the store opened and picked up just before closing. They replaced the headphone jack. It was very affordable. The service was performed a month ago, and I've had no problems with my headphones since. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Great Experience and equally great price. Owner spent a lot of time explaining what the problem was with my computer and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend him to anyone with tech problems.

Had an amazing first time experience here. I was recommended by a coworker of mine about this place. Impressed with the outcome. I like the fact that they give you a 1 year warranty for the device that was put in. I'll definitely be back in the future for any issues with my electronics.

I had a great experience getting my phone repaired at this location. The reason for the 5 Stars is that they are Google certified location which means my Pixel 7Pro was in excellent hands and the prices were reasonable. So if you need so your device fixed give this spot a go at it

I really would like if they had discounts on fixining phones screens. Deals or coupons in store for broken screens for customers. I'm a mom of 3, My phone is a necessity with appointments, schools my husband etc. since I'm a full time mom and wife finding deals goes with me I understand Everything is so high price because of inflation now a days it would really be great in this hard times for most of us who are just doing the best to get by with a family to find good deal & discounts for necessities that can brake by accidents, even dough my husband paid for it. I like to save my husband money whenever I can because I know how hard he works for our family and I wasn't able too price was fixed, BUT Maybe they do and Im just not aware of it. Neither do I want to discredit their work it was very professional, great service and a fast repair. My phone was basically brand new after they fixed the broken screen, everything work as new or even better, great work also faster than the time estimated or that I anticipated thank you I really appreciate it. I had an amazing experience when I brought my gaming computer here. My computer wouldn’t turn on, and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. The problem was quickly diagnosed and solved. Turns out I had a faulty hard drive. Big thanks to Dave and the rest of the staff at ubreakifix for fixing my computer quickly. The staff was very nice and knew what they were doing. Would 100% recommend!

I had a problem with our Galaxy 21FE. It would not take a charge or even start. David, from the first contact by phone to our visit with him was professional, courteous and very friendly. He fixed my wife’s phone quickly and without charge! A real professional and I will return there for ANY issues I have with our phones. And I want to pay!! I’ll tell everyone I know. This type of customer service isn’t often found. I’m glad I found David!
