Harbor Freight Tools

Always helpful and friendly. I had an issue with a belt sander and needed to make a return/exchange and was missing my receipt. Ashley and the manager, Kevin, worked to get a copy and make my return easy. This is my go to store for long lasting tools at a great price - and the staff keeps me coming back.

Every time I come to this location and need a hand locating a tool or something I need Tony helps me. He truly is an asset to the company!

Friendly staff, clean location and haven't found that anything i needed was out of stock.

Good selection and lower prices than Home Depot. I wound up going here because Home Depo didn't have what I needed. I will definitely check here first next time. The cashier was great super helpful and friendly

Great tools at great prices! I used to think they had "okay" tools at great prices, which was fine for tools you only used once in a while. However I must say I think now everything they offer is very good quality. Keep an eye out for their parking lot sale (coming in a couple weeks to my store) where they have may products deeply discounted.

HF also has a wide variety of products, from generators to garden sprayers to power inverters for your car and much more.

HF is now usually my first stop when I need tools or other supplies they carry.

I should get frequent flyer miles for this store. Remember to always check the app in your cell for coupons. If it's not discounted this month it probably will be next month or around Fathers' Day. Drill bits and sand paper, discount power tools, tarps, ratchets and hand tools have a great selection. Check there first and you could save decent money when compared with the big box stores a mile or two away.

I shop here way too often! I can't get enough, they have so many bargains, if you need shop machinery like compressors, power washers, pumps, table saws etc I recommend you do some internet research on their models first. Some of their tools lack features and long lasting reliability that you can get with better brands like dewalt, Milwaukee, makita.. However every now and then they'll have a house brand tool that'll perform just as well and last just as long for a fraction of the cost! Do your research first, sign up for their discount newsletter and check their clearance/returned merchandise section for even better prices!

I feel this location out of all the other places has way more stock, usually when I go to others they don't have what I want and they tell me this place has it so guess I'll just keep coming here

Staff is very helpful. Its a great place to get good prices on tools and more, even double up on them for the price of ONE at other stores. Add coupons and the savings is HUGE!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Their prices are hard to beat, convenient location and the quality of their tools has really improved over the years. It's my go to place for tools.

This place gets some negative stuff based on their cheaper tools.
if you go in there or know what to buy they actually have great deals.
If you buy a $9 sawzall you get a $9 sawzall.
Spend a little more on their quality stuff and it's definitely worth the value.
it's all nice to go into the store that only sells tools when you're looking for tools as opposer to go into a store that also sells dishwashers 2x4s and everything else you need for your house.
I just purchased there 6 foot top and bottom box in blue. This thing is a beast.
They really do have some great products and deals.

I went to the store and was surprised how organized it was. The bridgeport store is closer to me I rather take the trip and go to the Danbury location

I find this store easiest to use, with attentive staff. If I have occasion to call, my questions are answered respectfully. Seems to be managed well. Quality of the items seems to be improving too.

Harbor Freight is really stepping up their game.

This store was well organized and the staff was very helpful. It's the only place in 15 mile range where we could find a lathe. My son was very happy. I'm happy:)

Most items here are ok for light use. Lower quality Chinese steel on some tools/products can lead to problems, but shop carefully and you'll be fine.

Great shopping experience! Everyone was helpful, even with getting a bulky motorcycle lift into the back of my truck... 6 stars for the whole event end to end (price was really good, too!)

Great store. Employees are very helpful and returns were simple. You can't beat the coupons and the free gifts are great. In 15 yrs of buying from them i only returned 2 items.
