This place offers a cozy ambiance inside the store. Our food service was alright since the guy at the register let a friend of his take our drinks, so he had to make a new badge where his friends kept gigling in the back while me and a friend were waiting for our drinks. Overall our drinks where delicious and I would say a bit better than starbucks.

My wife and I have another well-known brand right next to our house but we drive to this Coffee Bean location instead!

Tastes great, the drinks are almost always perfectly made, and just such cool flavor combos for the seasons.

We've never hung out in the lobby, since we always order on the app. Drive thru is always fast when we do that.

I'm a Lyft driver and I met the manager on her way to work this morning.

I was so impressed by her friendly demeanor that instead of getting my coffee and breakfast at "another place", I went thru their drive thru and ordered a cold brew, a breakfast burrito w chorizo and a chocolate croissant and I was so happy with all of it.

The burrito was beyond delicious and the croissant was too and tasted freshly baked unlike the prepackaged food at the "other place" I go to.

I am now a loyal customer!!

I absolutely love this Coffee Bean. I am obsessed with the Matcha latte and it’s made to perfection. Every single time the consistency is amazing! And Madeline is the best barista. Super fast and kind.

Love the Coffee bean so much more than ANY Starbucks!! Their coffee is great and their breakfast is delicious! I always get the Ham egg and cheese brioche or the chorizo burrito!

Festival weekends are always crazy out here and the staff at this location handles it so well. The are happy and courteous, friendly and helpful. Coffee Bean has the absolute best blended espresso drinks too, one of my favorite places to go while visiting Palm Desert.

Best Danish and Mocha frappe I've ever had, be prepared to wait (it's worth it) store seems to be ran by only two people at times.

To all the associates. Well done. We are regular customer. My wife and I always grab our morning hazelnut lattes every single morning and they are always delicious. The customer service is incredibly friendly and always at our disposal. They greet us and everyone that walks in. Grea8 work guys keep it up.

I had a problem with my debit card due to a little mishap I couldn't tip when I went thru the driveup window. In spite of the lack of tips, the staff never missed a step they continued to be as polite and nice as ever! Now that I have a new card I am trying to makeup for a lack of funds for tipping...thank you staff!!

The shop is clean and service is quick and friendly. There are tables inside and outside as well as some comfy living room-type chairs around a coffee table. Also, there is a drive-through if you can't come inside.

My go to coffee place! The tea is also pretty good!! The customer service is great! I've never had a nevative experience at any of the Coffee Bean locations. The employees have always been very friendly!!
