First time. Javier was very helpful. Gave me a discount I didn't know about (Senior)...They have a service where they can call when your favorite product is newly stocked! No FT offers, but Javier threw in a top shelf preroll....They have my brands, great customer appreciation discounts, and knowledgeable & friendly peeps...

Jacob is great! Also has been , dude is really good at showing other brands for great prices. He even makes me change my mind on what I wanted because of how much he shows me. Because of that knowledge he knows, I end up going with his opinion and I feel like I win ! And every time too. Can’t go wrong with Jacob

To make a long story short. There was an issue with the point system. Karina A. went above and beyond to fix the issue. I can’t thank her enough for her patience, help, and kindness. Also shout out to the manger who gave us are options. Once again thank you so much for all your help. Great staff.

Marissa was super helpful and got me in and out of there quick! She had some great recommendations and was very firm on her choices so it was nice to get legitimate opinion on a product that she had personally tried before. This place is hands down my favorite dispensary and the people they have working there are always kind and helpful. It's also nice when they are super busy but somehow they are able to get people in and out of there quickly similar to an experience at In-N-Out Burger LOL

I love this place. The people are awesome from security to the girls at the front desk, and all the bud tenders Prices are amazing as well as wide variety to choose from this place will always be my go to. The gummy‘s below are Very tasty, and the concentrate as well.

The moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile. She was very helpful. I was there to get my dog medication. She got it asked me if it was helping my dog. She was very informative. Very nice. She’s a nicest one that I’ve ran into there yet.

From the first visit up until this last, I have felt as though I mattered, customer service is of paramount, and that always makes a difference to me! The products I’ve purchased have always been of great quality, the two combined will always keep me a loyal customer…

Michael always goes out of his way to check in the back for the specific product that I like, and always has great recommendations when Catalyst isn’t currently carrying what I want. He takes care of my dad and I every time we show up.

Best shop around, and I’ve tried many many of them. OTD great pricing. Picked up my first online order today, it was so easy. I was out in 30 seconds OK maybe one minute. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff. My new #1 go to shop. I can’t forget a shout out to Jose. Thanks again Bud.

I don’t like going to a new smoke shop. It’s not really my thing, but I decided to give them a try at the time of this review there at 4.9 stars with about 800+ reviews that caught my attention once I got there I was greeted by the front door, and checked in and explained all the rules. I really like that they do that to keep you safe and budtender safe. Karina was the person that helped me and that was a cherry on top, her attitude was amazing the way she carried herself and her knowledge of the products were top-tier. Karina youre the best thank you!

Lots to choose from at this location and my bud tender was awesome and friendly highly recommend trying out Catalyst they never disappoint.

This is the first time we were at this dispo and we were not disappointed!! Grace at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. There was no wait once we got into the showroom. Immediately, Michael welcomed us and answered all our questions. He was absolutely great!! We had three people in our group and he treated each of us like we were his only customer. Highly recommend this dispo and Michael!!

I had an amazing time at Tailwaggers today Jose did an incredible job explaining everything and was very friendly and helpful.I also got a chance to tour the whole store which was really cool. Definitely recommend Tailwaggers for your dog or cat needs.

I'd never been there before. I was getting ready to turn left onto the freeway and decided to turn right instead! Having concluded in a fraction of a second that some "House Cleaning Gummies" would be ideal toward facing the post-weekend tidy-up, I parked right under the vintage sign, that, in decades earlier was probably twirling in the heat.

Life at Catalyst Cannabis is good... Life in the Desert is good.- We're all good! People from elsewhere don't seem to understand that the summer heat is so minimal in contrast to everything wonderful we've got going on here in the desert. The friendly folks at Catalyst Cannabis is a very good example of my theory!
I wanted to include a photo of the Catalyst sign but, with the beautiful sunset in the background, it was just a little too colorful and bright.

In short, Taylor is the best.

It was my first time in to this Catalyst location and I was looking for something really special. Taylor took the time to really show me what they had to offer and explain terpene profiles and personal experience. Everything that he recommended was perfect. Cam flower which exceeded my expectations and the perfect concentrate for my hash holes from WCC. Such a great first experience and I look forward to making this my regular spot.

Best customer service in the desert! Always a great selection and great deals and everyone is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are tired of rude disinterested customer service, give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

Today was our first visit to Catalyst in Palm Desert. Our regular place was out of stock AGAIN of our favorite pre-rolls, so we were looking for a new favorite somewhere else. The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Michael did a great job of helping us to make a decision on what to try. He was nice and he was patient. It’s also nice that prices include all taxes and fees. If we like what we bought, I’m sure we’ll be back!
