Broken Yolk Cafe

Not happy with the service. Food is flavorless. Our waiter forgot about us was only there to pickup the check after we had to ask someone else for it. Never again. I've been there before and was also very unsatisfied.

Had a great time eating at the Broken Yolk. Only issue was the wait time, probably due to the tennis tournament. Food was great, and I will be back in the future.

What an awesome establishment to come and have breakfast, we are visiting from Dallas Tx. Wonderful atmosphere where they treat you like family. Our waiter showed such kindness and hospitality. The food was delicious and very flavorful. I highly recommend this place for any gathering! Thank you Billy from Philly for making us feel at home!

My boyfriend found this place out of the blew since we were vacationing with family and man I'm glad he did because it's now my new favorite breakfast spot!!! 😍😋 Everyone enjoyed it and we all had such a great time! The server we had was so amazing he got our order right and was so pleasant. We were checked up on multiple times and we loved it. You should check this place because they are a franchise they have multiple locations and their main one is in San Diego!!!

My first time here. Service was awesome, food was delicious and delivered fast, we never had to ask for refills on drinks or coffee. I came here with a group of friends for breakfast and was seated right away without waiting. The food was tasty...I enjoyed splitting eggs Benedict, you can choose 2 different kinds from their menu. I will come again to try a different menu item.

Came here for brunch right before a golf round.

Was able to get seated immediately on a Sunday at 9:45am.

The service was quick and the food was fantastic. I ordered the skillet hash to keep it light, my buddies ordered eggs benedicts, a waffle breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon bun pancake.

Everything came in pretty big portions and it was the perfect amount of food for four young guys preparing for a golf day.

Will definitely be back when we’re in the area

We went for brunch on Sunday of Coachella fest weekend, we didn’t think about how busy it would be. The restaurant was absolutely slammed, but we received nothing but fantastic service with excellent communication and hospitality from every staff member we encountered, from the gal out front who made us drinks while we waited for our table, to the host desk, our server and who I can only assume was the manager or owner. We had two small kids, and the staff was super accommodating and welcoming.

Our food was delicious. We had Benedict’s, a kids burger and the ranchero bowl and everything was excellent.

Our host Trey was amazing! Superb eating experience because of him. I enjoy great food, but above all, good customer service and good environment. Will definitely be coming back because of him. 10/10.

Broken Yolk Cafe is very good and has great service even when they are busy. I ordered the El Fuego omelet, it had spicy chorizo, jalapeños, jack cheese and on top of it was salsa fresca and guacamole, very tasty. Their pancakes are amazing. The chicken and waffle Benedict along with the Classic Eggs Benedict was ok, it came with a toasted English muffin topped with canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Their Biscuit & Gravy were gross, the gravy did not taste anything like gravy, the dish looked good but that one wasn't great. Their kids cheeseburger and sweet potatoe fries was delicious. Even though all the dishes weren't great, I'd still go back to try different options.

All of the staff at the Broken Yoke La Quinta, CA location are personable, professional, and friendly. Vanessa knows my usual. She is great, and very attentive. The food and drinks are delicious. John and the rest of the management are always making sure everything is good. Get there early because this is a popular dining destination.

I am so thankful to have a good restaurant in the desert like broken yolk . The food is delicious & I love the omlettes, coffee etc. The team members are so friendly and welcoming but especially Lily. She's the best. She is professional, intelligent, and friendly. Thank you guys for the great service you provide for customers.

Great breakfast. I love Benedicts so I usually go with the choose two for the variety. My roommate got the feta avocado toast. Its a great menu.

The food here was way beyond my expectations. Well made and high quality, I definitely recommend this place for someone that wants a truly good breakfast.

The only downside is that it's quite busy, especially on weekends. Expect to wait a half hour or more for a seat, and expect it to be pretty loud. It's worth it, though.

Super friendly staff and delicious food! We were allowed to bring our pup on the patio, and he was treated royally with bacon and a bowl of water. The owner seated us and was so incredibly friendly. We’ll be back!

Customer service is wonderful, and they're very friendly and professional. The mimosas there are excellent. If you're having trouble deciding, try the mimosa flight with various flavors.

It was Ceaser's first day. He did a great job. We are sure he will be a great asset to your company. The food was excellent, Ceaser's trainer was very good and friendly. One draw back: the food out of the kitchen was slow even though it wasn't rush hour lunch or breakfast .

This cafe is wonderful! My mother and I see Oscar often and so appreciate him and his attentive and kind service! We enjoyed their French toast and Fiesta burrito with chicken! Get their mimosa flight! 😁 Thank you, Broken Yolk!

Wait time for hostess was long, but other than that, food was awesome. The best cinnamon pancakes!!! Sausage was really good.. lots of eggs on the add on. Prices were fair

My Birthday brunch was great. The owner stopped by the table, he was very kind. Our server was awesome.
